AQUA VISTA is a lovely 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 11 guests with plenty of room to move and the added bonus of bringing your furry friends (dogs only). Large well equipped separate games/entertaining room. Only a short drive to the Main Street of Port Vincent and beach. Driveway/carport for parking - no kerbside parking.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen well stocked with utensils & cutlery. Games room & bar in shed was great. Beds were comfortable. Lots of areas for board games & movie watching. OK views from both top balcony's.Comfortable outdoor furniture made watching sunrises a special experience.Nice walks to the beach.Irritations:Garage roller door not working which hindered access on arrival, not what you want after a long car journey. Had to open and close it manually once we figured out we could do so.Upstairs lounge Sony DVD player did not have a Sony remote & generic remote provided didn't sync after multiple attempts.Multiple bulb outages but no spare bulbs.Torch did not have batteries.Kitchen clock battery holder rusted out so no clock. Lounge sliding door rattled badly in windy conditions.Neighbors dogs barked loudly when owners not home which made arriving at and leaving the property unpleasant.Overall a value for money and nice holiday home, great for families with kids, we had a nice time away.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I picked this stay for the entertainment features so we could spend some quality family time off devices. Unfortunately we didn't get to the beach as the weather turned sour, but we barely noticed because we were having too much fun in the games room playing darts and 8 Ball. Lots to do.The house was very accommodating. Had a real quality feel. The storm shutters allowed a decent sleep for all without the light penetrating at the crack of dawn (like most places). Lots of space for the dogs to sniff around. The orchard of trees was a bonus, would like to come back when the stone fruit is ready to taste. Loved the security of the roller door only access. Every night was a late one for us because of playing games in the outer room, and on our final night, the boys were joking around and laughing crazy, so I hope we didn't disturb the neighbors too much.We've stayed in lots of places over the years but this is probably my favorite so far as the quality of the premises, utilities, extra touches and forms of entertainment were top notch. Pt Vincent is such a beautiful seaside town too with a well equip supermarket, Chemist and Pub. This allowed for us to get things we needed locally instead of bringing it all with us. Will definitely come back here (if they let us)
