Stayed May 2, 2025The host waited until after check-in after several attempts by me also by VRBO to let me know that there was a problem with the unit and we wouldn’t be able to stay.

Stayed Apr 22, 2025Needs some things fixed, but a decent place to stay. Patio was really nice. Jerry was nice to work with it.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Floors uneven, windows and window sills dirty throughout, broken blinds, no pots / pans provided - possibly because the microwave over the stove is not right for that location. Microwave casing melted. Dirty fans, dirty air vents, door to 2nd bathroom does not close properly, 2nd bathroom floor sinks underfoot, and toilet is not secured to the floor (or the floor just moves). 2nd bed has the support of a paper towel. Dining table is filthy (don't look too close). Coffee table hazard (don't run your hand along the chipped glass edge).

Stayed Oct 20, 2024Everything was great including the place! However, the $200.00 extra wasn’t disclosed in the listing BEFORE I booked the location. After I called customer service, agent said the host told her it was for security if anything happened after I checked out! However, I cleaned up and leave everything perfect the way I found it! I have pictures and video of my check out! I need to get my security back as I email the host after I leave. No response yet on my security…..
