Great house and location. Problem was outside grill did not work which was a problem for 8 guys trying to BBQ dinner. No spices in house, not even salt and pepper. For that house, some small items should be available.

Great location, huge house, very clean and comfortable, lots of outdoor space for play, trail down hill to dock.

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space and wonderful amenities. It was very convenient being lakeside, in addition to being close to a grocery store. The only downside to this property is that the outside is in much need of care. The lawn and a lot of the shrubbery is overgrown. Tree branches also over-hang the driveway, so if you have a larger vehicle, it can get scratched. We notified the management company, and they did respond to trim back tree branches after multiple requests. There were also many raised nails on the back deck, as well as mold on much of the deck railing. With a little bit of TLC this home could be 5 stars.

Great stay

Amazing place and so much space for all your needs. Extremely close to all Deep Creek golf destinations and a short walk to get to the dock and lake, phenomenal experience.

This is a great place overall, however we had a couple of maintenance issues: the gas grill did not work properly so we had to cook about 300 worth of steaks on the stove, and the hot water in the showers was unpredictable. If you were showering and someone else stepped into a shower in one of the other bathrooms simultaneously, the hot water in your shower turned to ice cold rather quickly--whew--quite a shocker! Otherwise, a beautiful place and very clean and well-stocked with necessities.

We had an amazing time at this house, tons of games and room for everyone. Highly recommend if you're looking for a spacious, elegant vacation rental.

This was an incredible place for our three families (6 adults; five teens and one tween) to enjoy! We have been vacationing together annually for the better part of 10 years and this might be the best place we’ve ever stayed. The house is gorgeous, clean, and laid out very well. It was great for the kids to be able to have their own bedrooms. The ameninties are spectacular! The game room and movie theater were big highlights. The very few minor issues that we encountered (movie projector not working for the first few days; an outdoor swing was broken) were attended to quickly by the property managers. They were very responsive to us during our stay. We look forward to hopefully booking this home again in the future. Cannot recommend it more highly!

We loved our stay! There were 3 families in our group and we were able to spread out and have lots of space. Each of our teenagers got their own room this time and they were very happy. The decks were a beautiful spot to enjoy peaceful mornings looking out at the lake. We brought our own boat to dock. The boats going by made a bit of wake so it could be a bit bumpy for swimming off of the dock at times but it was still a good spot to swim and kayak. It would be nice if there was a rule for how close/fast you could be to the shore. If you have guests who struggle with stairs, be aware that there are quite a few to get down and back up to the dock. Overall, it was a great stay and a beautiful home!
