The apartment has a nice balcony with table and chairs, where you can start the day witha cup of coffee or tea. In the shared garden with pool you can enjoy relaxing hours sunbathing and swimming. Due to the excellent location, you will find several restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation (3-10 minutes walk). Within a 2-minute walk you can reach a bakery and a supermarket, as well as a café after a 10-minute walk (700 m). Caldaro is known for its excellent wines, which you can taste directly from the winemaker in the numerous wineries. The best part is, you can reach them in a few meters from your apartment (100 m-1 km). So nothing stands in the way of an extensive wine-tasting. In addition, you can hike extensively in the region. You can also a make a shopping trip to Bolzano, which is only 15 km away (20 minutes by car).
