Apartment 'Loft Orsini' with Private Garden

The apartment features a non-divisible double bed designed for your comfort and rest. Upon request, a single bed can be added for an extra fee to suit your needs.



The private garden is an intimate, relaxing space—perfect for starting your day calmly or enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. For safety reasons, lighting fires is not allowed on the property, and the fireplace inside is not functional.



While there is no private parking, you can park for free on thestreet right near the house. The area is quiet, and even during peak season, parking is usually easy to find. Alternatively, a public parking lot is available about 400 meters away.



To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and respect the space, smoking and parties are not permitted inside the property. Air conditioning is not available.



Children are welcome: on request, we can provide an extra bed or a crib for a small extra fee, making the apartment suitable for families with young children.



As an eco-friendly choice, we do not provide single-use courtesy kits, supporting our commitment to reducing plastic waste. However, you will find a hand soap dispenser, a shampoo dispenser, and two individually wrapped glasses at your disposal.
