This was the worst holiday I have ever had. We booked for 12 days with my best friend and girlfriend, but I left after only 4 days. From the start it was a disappointment. We thought we had a private villa/apartment, but instead the owner and her entire family live above you, constantly watching and interfering. There’s only one weak air conditioner in the living room, and if you leave it on too long at night, Angela simply cuts off the power, even when it’s 30C.Privacy is nonexistent. Most of the positive reviews are written by her own family. The barbecue is tiny, rusty, with peeling paint and a filthy grill. Swimming feels uncomfortable as the family sits on the balcony staring at you or suddenly comes home. She speaks no English, so communication is nearly impossible. At first she acts kind, but the moment you complain, her attitude changes completely.To make matters worse, pets are “not allowed,” yet she has a dog that barks every morning at 7 a.m. and even poops right at your door — my girlfriend stepped in it. Overall, this place is a nightmare. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Good accommodation although a little chilly in evening due to time of year. Angela and Piero were really helpful throughout our stay.

A very steep and narrow road up to the house. The flat is well equipped and it was clean and neat. Best of all is the pool, a must in a warm sicilian summer. The place is a quiet oasis.

Very enjoyable stay, our hosts were very helpful and the view of Etna was fantastic. The accommodation was well placed as a base to visit beaches and attractions

Pietro and Angela are fantastic and nice people, always ready to help. The apartment is simple but cozy. Everything you need is there. The outside is beautiful: terrace and garden, nice pool, barbecue area... Perfect place to chill and enjoy... with Etna view!

property was generally in good order, pool was excellent. Angela and pierro were wonderful hosts despite our lack of italian. Would highly recommend this location and house for couples and families

Idyllic, quiet, lots of space and nice accommodating hosts. The accommodation is not easy, since this is not marked, has no address. That should not deter you. one call is enough and you will be picked up. There is enough space for up to 4 people. 1 bedroom and a large couch. The apartment is very clean and modern. The kitchen has everything it takes to prepare daily meals. The bathroom is small but with love and many. Details built. The stay was very pleasant. We felt very comfortable. The only drawback was that at night, in the distance, the dogs barked. Almost a concert, the whole night through. Tip: pack ohropacks (earmuffs). We were received very warmly and everything went very well. Antonella and her husband have received us very dearly and openly. Unfortunately, the two speak no English, so the communication was a bit difficult. With hands and feet, however, the understanding finally worked out. the way to the domicile is narrow and it goes up a mountain. I recommend you to take a rental car and the smallest possible. a Fiat Panda was perfect for getting around the narrow streets. You can be as good a car driver as the road gets as narrow as the car is wide, so even the best driving skills will not do you any good. The two have two dogs but are very nice. A nice end to a long day ended with the sunset over the domicile was the finale in the pool overlooking the Etna. a picture that we will not forget soon.
