    The property was a good fit for our group in terms of size and location. However, the check-in email was incorrect and needed multiple steps to get right. Wifi info was confusing and calls to the manager resulted in 24 hr plus wait time. Ultimately a service person arrived with no identification or uniform to say who he was... Meanwhile we had already fixed the issue. No further contact from management to assure our satisfaction. The property appears to be a second home for grandparents in the area. LOTS of personal effects are evident everywhere. Cleanliness on the inside is just okay, but the garage, laundry and yard areas leave a lot to be desired. It worked for us, but it's a long way from a 5 star situation.

    This home was conveniently located to the airport & to our family. Everything we need need was provided in the home. It was so well appointed. Watching the deer while drinking our morning coffee was a bonus! Thank you for hosting! We’ll be back!

    Property was very nice and easy access to Highway 281 for convenience of finding restaurants and cross town travel.
