Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage.

Getting Around:

Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking and biking distance to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.



Other Things to Note:

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.

* Parking: driveway on the right side will fit up to 4 cars. There is also on street parking

* There is central AC throughout the home

* The fire pit has been removed due to city regulations

* There are two cameras on the property one that is in the front yard facing the drive way and one in the backyard



AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.



This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!



Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.



Please be advised that we may ask guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government-issued ID, matching selfie, and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification, and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously.     Check in was very easy, kitchen could have used a few more utensils, and spices would have been a bonus, wi-fi worked great, the bunnies in the backyard were entertaininig. BBQ grill was cinvinent

    Great location and neighborhood. The house was all we had hoped for, and met all of our needs. Everyone in our party stayed they’d love to stay there again next time we’re in Colorado Springs.

    The house was ok. It was large enough to fit our family, but had it's issues. The pics say there is mountain views, but those are outdated. There is now a large apt complex blocking the view. The grass/weeds were 2-3 foot tall in the yard. I immediately notified the host & they said they would notify maintenence, but It was never mowed during our stay. The house was 81 when we arrived & the heat was on. The downstairs shower didn't work & was off the tracks. The basement room with 2 beds leaks in the front corner. My son woke up to his clothes wet on the first night. The other room downstairs has a stool in front of the bed that is about to fall apart. The downstairs couch by the back door is all tore up and the wood is coming out of the bottom. The side table outside is missing the glass. The lights in the two upstairs bedrooms have remotes that are on the same frequency so when you use them, you also turn on/off the light/fan in the other room. The bed in the master bedroom didn't feel very sturdy. When I looked underneath, one of the middle legs was not touching the ground. The upstairs hall shower needs the shower rod installed correctly. There are holes in the fence, one by the neighbors house & one in the front. The fence is also leaning & when maintenance came to spray weeds, they didn't shut the fence. The neighborhood seemed good and the house worked, but definitely could use some general maintenence.

    We actually didn't stay at this house because it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. However, the team at Hoste HANDLED IT. They responded so fast when I called, and within about an hour they had found us another house that was even nicer and of course totally clean. Could have been a major problem, but they turned it into a slight hiccup. We still had a great visit to Colorado Springs.

    We had a great experience with this home. Overall clean and very functional for our group of 8. Open floor plan was nice in Main area with large kitchen living room and dining area. The lower level family room was great for our kids to have their own space to hang out and play games. They also played in the back yard as well. This location and neighborhood are very nice with great access to all the key areas in CO Springs. The property managers were easy to communicate with. This home worked so well for our family.

    While the bedrooms were comfortable, the living room and family room were poorly furnished and uncomfortable for our group. The house has not been maintained properly, with a serious plumbing leak during our stay, and structural issues on the facade and entry.
