Updated 5th generation Family home. Shotgun style Living and Kitchen area with nook and kitchen island. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, (2 queens, 1 twin), and 1 full bath.
We started the restoration a few years ago and these are a few details of what we have accomplished.
The plumbing was replaced starting at the meter, valves, and fixtures. The water pressure is great.
New circuit breaker panel, lights, switches, and plugs. Ground fault outside and bathroom plugs. Security lighting

Stayed Sep 10, 2022The place was very clean and quite..I am not a big fan of hotels and the local hotels did not get very good reviews and this place felt more likehome..we enjoyed our stay there!

Stayed Apr 14, 20224 of us stayed in this home to fish in the area, and the place was perfect. We arrived late so Tony made sure outdoor lights were on making it easy to find and music was playing inside making for a welcoming arrival. The house was perfect for 4-6 people. Beds comfortable, we all slept great. Kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils for cooking. The bathroom is large, stocked with plenty of clean towels and a clean shower. The yard space is large, plenty of parking for truck and boats. Comfortable porches both front and back yard to enjoy the outside. House is directly across from the bayou and only 20 mins away from point aux chenes. Highly recommend. Will absolutely stay again next time we go!
