Stayed Jan 11, 2026The host thought of everything here when it comes to family stays. The property has everything you could ask for and more to entertain multiple families with multiple ages. The pictures don’t do justice to everything there is to offer here!The setup is very efficient and maximizes fun; the rooms are comfortable for both social hour and separation/quiet time. We stayed for a week and had a hard time leaving we enjoyed it so much!Communication with the host was phenomenal, prompt and always friendly. Location was perfect for attractions in all directions.We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Top tier stay for sure!

Stayed May 24, 2024This house was perfect! We had a family of 6 stay - 2 adults and 4 teenagers. We were so comfortable with plenty of space for everyone! The outdoor space is lovely and inviting. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. A ton of room to spread out and relax or have fun. My kids loved the air hockey and ping pong tables. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare simple meals and snacks. The owner is amazing and super communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is cute and felt safe. The house is on a main busy street which did not bother us at all and the backyard is very private with a tall fence. A little bit of street traffic noise but again, didnt bother us at all. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other basic needs. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Stayed May 18, 2024Sometimes you worry when you rent a house that it will look different than the pics online. This house looked exactly the same on the pics as in person. I mean exactly if not better. You could tell that it had been recently redone. Check in was easy, we entered the code, walked through the door and were wowed. We loved that there were two master suites, and then two bedrooms for our guests. There were plenty of towels, beach and bath. The beds were very comfortable too. Our guests were happy with their rooms and the shared bath. Morning coffee supplies were there and ready for us. We loved that there was enough seating inside for all of us, but we mostly used the screened in porch, for morning coffee and after dinner for drinks. The location is great, a short drive to plenty of restaurants and the Publix is only a mile away. And the street the house is on is about equal distance from Manatee Ave and Cortez Ave, both roads that go over to Anna Maria Island, making getting there easy. I could go on an on about the house, it was great for our needs and I could also see how it would be perfect for families. The pool area is fantastic, we hung out in the pool most of of the day. There are many amenities that we did not use, the fire pit, grill and many games of all kinds. I would definitely rent this house again if in the area and would recommend to others. And host Julie was very quick to respond to my questions. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. KathyH

Stayed Feb 25, 2024Great place to stay especially if you have young kids or a baby! It has all the accommodations you need to make your stay a breeze. It is also centrally located to beaches, shops, restaurants, and other attractions in the area!

Stayed Feb 16, 2024The house was beautiful, so much to do! We swam, played air hockey, the huge connect four game on the lanai was fun! Outdoor fire pit! We loved it and would definitely come back. Julie is a fantastic host!

Stayed May 25, 2023My twin sister and I booked this house for us and six of our closest friends to celebrate our 50th birthday. The property was all we could ask for and more! We loved the abundance of towels (beach and bath), 3 full bathrooms and the pool (with lounge chairs for all of us). Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we discovered the televisions fully loaded with all of the streaming services to keep us caught up on our favorite shows. Julie is a top tier hostess- we decided the only thing that could have improved our stay was a Cirque du Soleil show by her acrobat husband in the back yard! Haha- seriously- lovely home and lovely grounds!! 10/10!!!

Stayed Mar 11, 2023Everything about our stay was amazing. The property is wonderful and the owner checked in during our stay. It was extremely clean, updated, spacious, and a perfect setting for a Florida getaway. We spent a lot of time by the pool. Lots of good local restaurants, several grocery stores, gyms, and everything you need on vacation. Highly recommend this property!!
