Anna Maria Island-Simply Beautiful Townhome! Our Island Beaches are Calling!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island. The location was perfect! We did enjoy the use of the golf cart and I would recommend it for the area. There is still work being done in due to the hurricanes in summer 2024 but there was still plenty to do and the beaches are gorgeous!!! Our hosts were great and provided us with very helpful local dining options. The condo is beautiful, three floors, the first is garage and entry only, the second is the main living area and one bedroom and bathroom, and the third has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When in the condo we were mostly on the 2nd floor which also has a nice balcony.

Absolutely perfect place for a long weekend in February! The townhouse had everything we needed and Tim was very responsive to questions we had. Our kids loved the heated pool and the golf cart was perfect for getting around the island. Our kids were already asking when we would be coming back again.

The location is amazing! A grocery store and many local restaurants across the street, as well as access to the free island trolley right out front of the complex. The unit is well furnished and stocked with anything you might need - a big plus! The decor is fantastic! And the view from the screened in balconies - wow!!! The host is responsive and helpful - another huge bonus!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect - great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We had a lot of fun exploring the island on the golf cart. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

David started sending me messages the day of check in about some issues that he wanted me to be aware of. The issues he told me about weren’t an issue for me or my wife. But it was really nice of David to advise us. The property was just as described in the listing. We had no issues at all during our stay. We would definitely return to this property again.

We had a fabulous experience at this property! Before we came to town, there was unexpected construction happening on the property, and the owners did a great job communicating those updates with me prior to arrival. During our stay, they were very responsive to our questions as well! We loved the pack and play there and even made use of the extra beach toys left there! I loved the extra bedding available in all the rooms, too. Overall, a great experience!

Came to Sarasota for a business reunion, while my family came to enjoy the beach. The property was very accomodating and in close proximatity to everything.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Sarasota. The hosts were responsive when we had questions and all that good stuff. Some places were closed because of the hurricanes, but that was expected.All in all it was a good stay.

We had an awesome time on AMI. I live in Florida so this is a regular vacation spot for me/us. We love the small town feel that it offers and the beaches are absolutely beautiful. This condo was in a great area and David was easy to communicate with and always answered quickly when I had a question. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Looking forward to booking this one again.

We had a great time and a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for the family. It was great location as it was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Across the street from Publix was a bonus. The golf cart was a great way to get around and very fun.
