Location was amazing!

Amazing property and location

This is the second time staying at this property. Great location. Super close to the beach. Beautiful and clean house. We will definitely be staying here again.

The place was very nice at a great quiet location. Easy walk to the beach. The house was vey clean and had all essentials in the kitchen. We had plenty of things to go to the beach, wagon, umbrella and chairs. Didn’t have a cooler only a foldable one, but it worked for us. We were there during hurricane Debbie and I can say that we didn’t feel or heard the wind outside. Our street did not get flooded like other streets. This was a plus for us. I wish the house had more beach and bath towels and offered a few more essentials like additional paper towel and toilette paper. Some other houses that I’ve stayed, they leave the things that other guests leave, like detergents, toilette paper, dish soap etc.in this house everything was wiped out. This wouldn’t stop us from returning though. We loved our stay.

Coveside Cottage was cozy and better than the pictures. It was clean, had updated furnishings and bedding, lots of essentials provided including grill, puzzles for a rainy day, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a wagon to haul it in. It was a short walk to the beach and a quick golf cart ride to the grocery store and restaurants. We had an issue with the garbage disposal but maintenance was out within an hour and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. We also weren’t provided enough towels and bath cloths for our party initially but maintenance brought extra first thing in the morning. AMI was dreamy and we hope to visit again.

The house has an excellent location, walking distance from the beach, very well equipped and generally clean except for the shower curtain on the second floor that was moldy because the water accumulates in the bathtub and the sink in the bathroom on the first floor that Water also accumulates for the same reason as the bathtub on the second floor. Regarding check-in, the experience was not wonderful since the AMI Local company that manages the property did not send the access code on time. When we arrived at the house, we called twice until they gave us the correct code to enter. Improving those details would make the house perfect.

A perfect spot for a family vacation. The main floor bedroom and full bath was enjoyed with the children upstairs in 2 additional bedrooms and another full bath! So close to the beach, an easy walk for fun in the sand and beautiful sunsets. Owners promptly responded to questions and concerns. Definitely plan to stay there again!

This stay was great! As it had everything we needed for our family vacation. It was located on a very nice street. A block away from the beach. It was overall perfect for us. The beds were comfy & it was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing! You are so close to the beach and they have everything you need from chairs, boards, umbrella and sand toys along with a wagon to get it all to the beach. The house was so comfortable and they have thought of everything you made need while staying at the cottage. From extra pillows to blankets. Along with a nice book selection and a few puzzles. The pool was wonderful but just be careful, the mosquitoes will attack you later in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.
