The “les2minettes com” cottage, comfortable and “seaside” style decor with garden and patio, is ideally located in the quiet city center on a semi-pedestrian street; the beach and the Andernos pier are 600 meters from the cottage with access via a pedestrian street, all amenities are within walking distance within 100 meters: free public parking, daily covered market, small shops and supermarket, restaurants, cinema , cycle path. A pet accepted at no extra charge.
<br>It is a semi-detached house of 60 m2 with a private enclosed garden at the front (150 m2) and a patio at the back (35 m2). Complete garden furniture.
