Stayed Nov 23, 2025Prospective renter beware, this picture depicts very little about this property. If you ever dreamed of staying in a tightly fitted trailer park lacking basic safety, and privacy, look no further. The 5 steps to enter the unit rose off of uneven ground, making the first step precarious, while providing no safety railing. My spouse fell and cut his leg, fortunately no other injury. The coffee maker appears to have never been cleaned with the owner indicating “had we known, we would have replaced”. Ignorance of this, the dirty cups, which we never attempted to use, the privacy film pealing away from the bathroom window allowing for easy visibility from the outside, exposed electric and sewage lines outside the units, a porch that appears supported poorly by a few stones all indicate to us, or anyone with common sense, that this property is not inspected carefully by the owner!Verbo corporation needs to look into properties such as this. Do not stay here!Do not!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025What a great experience in the Tiny Estates. Everything was easy as far as access and communication. We were in town for a wedding and only needed an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and the rest of the home was super cute. Would stay again anytime!!

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in this charming tiny home. It was the perfect getaway, and we really appreciated how convenient it was to be so close to everything we wanted to explore in the area. Overall, the amenities were mostly satisfactory, but I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement regarding cleanliness. **Kitchen/Living Room:** While the space was lovely, the counter and stove appeared a bit dusty and could have used a more thorough cleaning. I cleaned the counter myself, but did not address the stove since we didn’t use it. There was also dried coffee spill under the counter lip, and a used K-cup was still in the coffee maker. Additionally, the guest book looked like something had been spilled on it. The upright heater’s air vents could benefit from a good vacuuming. **Bathroom:** The sink and toilet were clean, though there was a slight amount of dust. However, there was visible mildew around the base of the shower stall. A quick application of white vinegar and a scrub brush would easily remedy this. Also, the vent fan needs a good cleaning. **Bedroom:** Unfortunately, the bed sheets appeared to have been slept in prior to our arrival, as we found hair and dirt on them when we went to bed at 11pm. We stripped the bed and used the spare sheets near the futon, but they were quite dusty from sitting in the basket and needed a good shake before use. We left all the sheets and pillowcases on top of the bed to be washed. Additionally, the area under the bed hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. It felt like the unit had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. Thank you again for providing such a cozy space, and we hope this feedback is helpful for future guests.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969the place is nicely clean but the surrounding areas are not well kept. The pond is dirty and no decent landscaping. the dishes provided were cheap plastic which can not be used in microwave.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024We stayed at The Getaway for a quick road trip stop. Whole neighbourhood consisted of these tiny estate homes as it was very peaceful and the people around were very friendly. The house was easily accessible and there was no problem finding the keycard and key. Very easy to get to Hershey Park from there, and overall a positive experience. The pull out couch bed was a little tiny for adults, but it was cool to see how they made space for everything that was needed for our stay. Overall a good experience.
