Stayed Jul 9, 2025The unit was good. The location was fine. There is lots of homelessness right outside the door. They didn’t bother us at all it’s just a bad look for the area. The last 2-3 days of our stay the bathroom started smelling of sewage. I’m sure it’s fixed now as we did bring it to attention. The unit itself was good, spacious, comfortable and clean.

Stayed Jun 26, 2023We enjoyed our stay in Ponta Delgada. The Check-In was easy and we had a good contact live and via WhatsApp. They sent us a lot of ideas to go out and have fun. The house was not far from the city center (10-15 minutes by feet). Parking situation was also good. But near by the house is a clinic which could be problematic for families with small children. But for us 3 young people it was totally fine. We recommend this house.
