Timber beachfront cottage with one queen bedroom, en suite, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, limited cooking facilities, (no oven or hotplate), electric frypan, two door refrigerator, communal BBQ , large living area, LCD TV, DVD player, CD sound system, covered verandah facing Southern Ocean, rear deck with country views and direct access to our sandy beach, rockpools and lagoons. The Southern boundary of our property is the mighty Southern Ocean.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025Comfortable building. Everything depicted on advertising accurate. Lovely private place for a couple to enjoy a break. Views of sea relaxing to watch unimpeded. Graham was friendly and helpful without being too over the top.

Stayed Jan 8, 2023The property is comfortable for a short couples getaway and the views are excellent. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion of the beach and surrounds. Unfortunately the fly screens on double glass doors to the deck were torn in spots which let lots of small insects in if you were trying to enjoy the sea breeze. The kitchenette could use some updating and modernizing.

Stayed Mar 11, 2022We had a great stay in Port Fairy for the return of the Folk Festival. What a lovely spot - location was awesome, right on the beach with lots to explore. The cottage was lovely and clean with all we needed. Thanks Graham.

Stayed Feb 13, 2022Terrific location with short, easy access to the beach. Lovely sitting area tucked into the vegetation. Wish it had a cook top and could do with some new cutlery and glassware
