Everything was excellent. The house is clean, quiet, and well stocked with amenities. Dan, our property manager, was also excellent.

Place is very well maintained and organized perfectly for a small group of friends or two sets of families. Four bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. And a half bath in the living space. Kitchen comes with things needed if you want to cook and eat in. One block off of Duval. Great communication. Very responsive. And the main office, which is close, will hold luggage for you. Would absolutely stay here again. And am confident in any property this group manages.

Very pet friendly...The pool was great...However the cleaning fee was outrageous and the supplies (washing machine detergent, dishwashing tools, no soap in the bathroom, no sponge, only one roll of paper towels... etc) was pathetically lacking...If you're charging premium prices you deliver premium outcomes...They are clearly exploiting their location.

Perfect location! Perfect host! Do it. The walk down the alley is quick and painless, and you're in the middle of everything.

Pool was fine but had a lot of chlorine.

Location was superb! Super close to everything! We really enjoyed having the pool area! I highly suggest this house if you want to be close to devaul street and it's perfect for a group of friends as well!

This home was perfect for our stay in Key West. The communication from the property management was excellent, from prior to our arrival to departure. House was comfortable, and rooms were large! Pool was able to be heated for us, and pools towels were available as well. Location to Duval St was excellent, but the area around the home was quiet, away from the “crowds”. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Key West!

Location was ideal! so close to Duval St. great location for walking every morning! The property was spacious and clean upon our arrival.

The property was lovely and the location was perfect. The pool was just right and our family of six had a great time. The rental service was responsive, they quickly addressed our needs and helped us get on our TVs. The shared living space was great and we had plenty of space to play games. The bedrooms, however, were a bit shabby, mattresses need an upgrade and we needed extra blankets, which required a call and had to be delivered.

Property was very clean. We had 3 couples. It was perfect for us. We all had our own bedroom with a bathroom. We all felt right at home. 2 minute walk to Duval Street, 15 minute walk to Southern Most Point Buoy. Excellent location. Loved the pool. The rental company checked in daily to see if we needed anything. Overall a great experience. Would rent again.

Hidden in the heart of Key West was this great property which worked out perfect for a group of 6. More than enough space and bathrooms for everyone, a great common area, amazing pool and outside area to hang out in, and the perfect location only a block from Duval and all that it has to offer. It made navigating Key West very easy and walkable. The property management made the process very easy of checking in and out, their communication from the time of booking until leaving was fantastic, and the amenities were great. It was more than we all expected! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and well prepared on arrival. We had requested a 4 burner grill which was delivered prior to our arrival. We requested heat for the spa after we arrived, contacted the host via VRBO, got a quick response and heat was on shortly after. We did have a hiccup with the pool pump tripping the breaker. Again, contacted the host, who was quick to get someone out the fix the issue. The property is close to anything you may need. My young adult children enjoyed the game room. Great stay, plan on staying again in the future.
