Stayed Nov 21, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse! The house’s central location on the island made it very easy to visit the north or south areas of the island. The house had all of the amenities and more than we could imagine. Communication with Valerie from beginning to end was great! She even checked on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the unique decor and layout of the house and loved the pool area. We hope to be back soon!

Stayed Feb 1, 2025The Lighthouse in Holmes Beach is a large comfortable interesting home with everything you may need for your vacation. The beds were excellent! It was a very easy walk to the beach and there was also parking available there if you prefer to drive. The owner of the home was wonderful to work with and we would happily rent here again. No need to look further, this is the place!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse more than we could ever express. Seabreeze management was quick to respond to any questions and were so happy to help at any moment. We enjoyed the pool every day, as well as the amazing view standing atop the lighthouse balcony. This was an unforgettable experience. Clean house, aesthetic architecture and design, wonderful amenities, close proximity to the beach, amazing management... 10/10 stars in the heart of Anna Maria Island!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Lighthouse is fun and kitschy with model boats and JFK memorabilia throughout, my 3 year old son loved it and the small heated pool. It was equipped with everything needed. Overall, we did enjoy our time.
