Amenities galore minutes to beach waterfront townhome w sister property

Everything was as listed. A comfortable and easy stay. The place accommodated a big group (8) adults for watching the game on Sunday! Loved the big sectional.

Our family had a great stay at Justin's place. From the initial email communication with information to the beautiful house and location, I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay here! The house was incredibly clean upon checkin, the beds/pillows were very comfortable and they really thought of everything with furnishings and extras(such as sound machines in the bedrooms, kids cups/plates, coffee bar, extra beach towels!) The location is also ideal with proximity to so much- restaurants, pools in the neighborhood, beach, grocery store. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The house was very recently renovated, and has been very tastefully decorated in beach/surf themes.The house was perfectly clean and great for a family with young kids! Very close to ocean city and fenwick island beaches, but also walking distance to a few restaurants, shops, Rita’s ice cream and a liquor store.Looking forward to our next stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days for an anniversary trip. It was truly such a wonderful experience. Clean, comfortable and all the amenities needed for a beach stay or just if you want to stay in. Beds and couch were very comfortable. Close by everything you would need or want (stores, restaurants, bars, ice cream, etc). Communication with Justin was extremely easy and he provided clear information regarding property and area. Definitely recommend staying here and will be back for sure!!!

We had a wonderful week-long stay in April 2025. The location of this townhouse is peaceful and serene, there are lots of places to walk/bike and good restaurants and amenities nearby. The beach and Fenwick are a short drive. The unit is beautiful with lots of extras including beach supplies. We liked that there were communal spaces for our family to gather and also areas to relax on our own. The host, Justin, is simply the best, so easy to communicate with and he was truly invested in ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend that you check it out!

This was a great place for our family. It slept 7 comfortably. Very clean and well stocked. The washer and dryer were great to have and we also enjoyed having the outdoor shower. Lots of beach gear was available for use and they even had kayaks! We didn’t get a chance to use them but it would have been fun to kayak In the community lakes. The owner was super responsive. We would definitely stay again!

This place was amazing. Very clean , had everything you needed and more . My boys loved that every morning they could go right out back and fish, and then just a quick walk to swim and play their favorite sport, basketball. Justin was extremely helpful with any questions that we had during our stay. We will definitely stay there again !! 5 stars all around.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying here! Justin’s communication was quick and clear, check-in and out was easy and the townhouse had everything we could need during our stay..from linens to kitchen items to fishing poles and beach toys! The house is updated and comfortable and exactly as it looks in the pics. It’s an easy 7-minute drive to the beach and there are plenty of spots for dinner, mini-golf, grocery shopping, etc within a few minutes from the house.

Mockingbird Bliss was perfect for a moms and kids trip to the beach. The house was exactly as described. Clean and well appointed. The check in process was smooth and Justin was a great host. Highly recommend.

The house was clean, comfortable, full of the daily necessities for a perfect family vacation! Justin was excellent in communicating with us which made for a smooth check-in process. We can’t wait to return to Mockingbird place and the Mallard Lakes community.

The property is located in a quiet family neighborhood with easy access to shops. The nearest beach is 7 minutes away with plenty of free parking. The host took great care to anticipate everything that might be needed for a great stay. The property has been newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Communication with the host was excellent.

It was a beautiful place to stay. There was everything available for a great vacation. The location was perfect; we were able to visit Fenwick Island State Park, Ocean City, Chincoteague and Assateague.
