The property has amazing rural views overlooking a golf course & Saltwater creek.

Wander down the court to the beach access track - a 3 minute stroll to beautiful Red Rocks beach. The Golf course welcomes visitors and sells drinks and snacks.

As you enter the property there is an abundance of natural light, magnificently appointed to cater for guests that expect elegance and luxury when staying away from home.

Designer kitchen, beautiful bathrooms - this house is the perfect escape for couples, friends or families or business retreat.

Relax on the wide verandahs or in winter enjoy the ambience of the woodheater.

Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have quiet enjoyment of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

*Please note: The backyard is fully fenced however the only access to this area (aside from the side gate at the front of the property) is through the 4th bedroom/Rumpus room downstairs. The main living area is upstairs which has access to the large entertaining area, this area cannot be accessed from the backyard. Depending on what kind of dog you have it is important to take these points into consideration as the property is not an ideal set up for dogs.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

HomeAway/Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the HomeAway/Stayz online payment booking system.

The Taxes charge is the new Victorian Government 7.5% levy on short term accommodation in Victoria. This tax is collected by HomeAway/Stayz and is remitted to the Victorian State Revenue office by HomeAway/Stayz.

    We had an amazing stay at this immaculate house overlooking a pristine golf course. Everything in the house was very well thought out to accomodate my children and our labradoodle. It has a great backyard for running and tumbling. The host is extremely considerate and very responsive. We will definitely be returning.

    Fabulously located and appointed property - short walk to a lovely secluded beach and a great spacious house for adults and teenagers to share! The par 3 golf course is great to brush up on your short game or just walk around. The log fire was great at nite and plenty of in room heaters to keep everyone warm. We will be back.

    We came back to this amazing house after having such a wonderful holiday there last year.We love the house, the beach around the corner (for us ,the best on the island),and feel very at home there.We were even given a few hours more to check out on the last day (thank you). As we are a family of cooks,I would like to see a few more saucepans, and a stronger liquifier for food,as the one there had little strength. I LOVED that we were supplied with sheets and towels this year. Brilliant. It made such a difference not having to carry all these extra things down with us. Will come back! Thank you.
