Stayed Oct 1, 2025Beautiful home, everything we needed. Spacious sun-drenched living area with gorgeous views ancross the bay and plenty of birdsong to listen to when the house is quiet. Warm and cosy and Richelle very accommodating with our request for an extra bed in the kids room. Highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Richelle was a great host; the house was well prepared, including milk and coffee pods. She made sure the heating was on for our arrival which was quite nice! The views, as the title of the property says, are amazing, looking out over the bay. It's located in McAndrew Bay on the peninsula, and it's a quick drive back into Dunedin, or further down the peninsula to see the seals and sea lions. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Nov 28, 2024We stayed for 6 nights with our family and had a wonderful time. The home is cozy and comfortable, with an amazing view of the water. It is well located and easily accessible. There is also great walking/cycling paths nearby. We had the best time in Dunedin - until next time!
