Amazing View, Spacious, Safe & Quiet Stay!

Everything was clean and as described. The host supplied everything we needed for our stay. It had a beautiful view. Lots of fun games were provided too.

Even though we were visiting friends in Austin with homes, our rental was a very popular spot to meet with kids and adults to enjoy the view and reconnect. We stayed right after new years and our host was fantastic at staying connected and communicating awesomely. The first night they informed us before we arrived that the city had shut the water off and notified us immediately when it was back on. It was out of their control as there had been construction nearby. It didn't affect our stay at all, and because of the great communication, it made the sudden burst from the sink faucet not a surprise to us. Thank you! The rooms are huge and comfortable and beds and towels are great. We were all comfortable. The layout is fantastic! The view is incredible and delightful. Proximity and convenience were awesome for us as we had friends in the neighborhood. Easy to get to the highway, downtown, and airport.I personally prefer no extra things in a rental (like leftover or opened spices/food), and I really appreciated that the only thing filling the cabinets were dishes, pots, pans, silverware...everything you could need that was reusable. Coffee pods and machine were great too. If you're expecting a full spice cabinet, definitely bring or buy your own. There's plenty of stylish seating and there are several luggage stands in each room. The little desk nook was appreciated by my gamer (and a good spot for wfh). This home was ideal for a friend and I to meet and to enjoy Austin. It has a nice patio with a great view and the place is comfortable for both visiting and sleeping. The host was great at communicating with me. I would recommend to others.

Beds were super comfortable, great location (super close to one of our favorite HEBs and the children’s museum), the views were so pretty. Super cute decor, seems like it would be great for a ladies weekend trip or small wedding party. We had lots of room for board games and cooking family dinners. Ran into minor issues but the host was super attentive and responsive. My parents enjoyed their stay here and were comfortable. We’re locals and wouldn’t hesitate to book again for them or as a mini staycation for us.

Edward responds quickly and his place is very clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The back deck was nice to have and the view did not disappoint. It was spectacular especially at night with the lights from the city and we had a full moon. One of the best VRBO's I have stayed in.
