The location was central to all we wanted to do. The house is lovely. The groceries across the street were a bonus. Beds are all comfy. The grill was beneficial. For others planning to stay here. Bring your own water filter, soap, groceries ziplock and garbage bags and bikes. Highly

Great house! Most comfortable bed in the Master Bedroom that we have ever slept in! Weather impeded most of our trip but we were very happy with the house and communication with Rebekah. But, if you’re wanting to be smack dab in the middle of all the commercial activities of the beach this may not be the place for you. But , if you are interested in a quiet retreat near the beach this is perfect! We would stay here again!

House was exactly as described and very clean. We loved the location! Will definitely look to book again in the future.

We loved this home & Rebecca was great! Bike rental is right across the street and we were able to bike everywhere and ditch the car. Quick access to the beach & not far from the sound. Pro tip: the beach access address may take you to a private beach house so turn one entrance before Midgett Dr, just past the Shiny Tiny Walkup. Note that 2 of the 3 bedrooms have high windows that are almost like a little skylight, so if you're sensitive to light you may need to sleep in the queen bedroom. King and queen mattresses are on the softer side but I slept fine in the queen. We had a great time here and we will definitely be back!

The house is awesome. This house is worth every penny. We had 4 kids and 4 adults and everyone had there space when they wanted it. The beach is literally a short walk or drive across the street. There is a general store across the street that has mostly anything you would need. The only thing I wish is that we could have stayed longer!! This house is worth it!

We had a great stay here. We had a few storms while we were on vacation which made this place perfect for the week.

The feeling of hospitality and home came from more than just the property itself. The kitchen lacked nothing from what you’d have at home. There were laundry supplies waiting (which should be replaced by the renter in appreciation). There were faith based things for the kids and on the walls, the concern of which is real love. There were even ice pops waiting for the kids in the freezer! Clean, beautiful and convenient on top of all that. The beach access is almost directly across the road. There’s a playground and a skate park a couple lots down the sidewalk. Just a great place for a family to stay.

The house was in great shape, clean, comfortable, well-equipped and stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. We had an excellent stay.

We absolutely loved this house! It was very clean with a spacious open floor concept in the main living/kitchen area. We could all hang out and enjoyed many laughs together. The bonus game room was a huge hit for the teens in our group as well as the basketball goal outside. The beach was a quick walk or drive across the road. This house allowed us to have the fun and relaxing vacation we had hoped for!

Spacious house with many amenities, especially by supplying linens and very generous towels. Short walk to . beach, children enjoyed nearby playground. Many diversions, games, etc for them as well.

Had a wonderful time. Everything was as advertised. And somethings better. The house was secluded enough to have plenty of privacy. Beach access was very close by. We plan on renting this property again.

Enjoyed the unit and location. Two improvements needed: 1) pillows are not comfortable and 2) need light swith at entry door so do not have to climb stairs in dark.

Our vacation stay at this property was phenomenal! The house was right across the street from the beach, the house was very clean and surprisingly quiet since it’s right off the main road. Our weather was perfect every single day, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation❤️
