Stayed Feb 7, 2026The Hoste needs to significantly improve early communication and check-in. Once we got Carlos or who ever on the phone to get the door code the stay itself was very good.But early communication was a huge problem. No one would return texts or calls. Until we got VERBO involved the after about 40-minutes on the phone with VERBO suddenly Carlos was on the line and we were given the door code. After that all was well.

Stayed Aug 18, 2025Great and clean property. Stayed for 5 days. They don't provide much in the way of paper products or things like sugar or anything so just be aware that you have to go shopping once you arrive. Communication with the property manager is a bit spotty too. I was asked for my ID after already sending it by another person who I guess managed the property and had to ask for check out instructions. That said, I would definitely stay again. It's clean, quiet, everything works, and close to where we wanted to be.
