This spectacular home is located in the heart of Downtown Telluride with quick easy access to skiing and all that the towns of Telluride and Mountain Village have to offer. There is one dedicated parking space in front of the home, and one street parking permit.



This contemporary 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 story townhouse is conveniently located one block from the Gondola Plaza, restaurants, and shopping. The modern residence is pure luxury with clean lines, handcrafted wood and glass surroundings along with in-floor heat. As you enter the home, you are on the main level with an open floor plan for the dining area, kitchen, breakfast bar seating and living space surrounded by windows offering great views of the mountains. The main floor features beautiful hickory wood floors in the dining area, kitchen, and living area, along with a double-sided gas fireplace, flat screen TV, Sonos sound system throughout the residence, and reading nook. The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, and custom built hickory cabinets. Off the main living area, a deck with the gas grill allows the chef and guests to not only observe the grill master at work but also opportunity to enjoy the majestic lighting on the mountain. Please note the main floor does not have a bathroom.



The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom is located up the glass staircase on the top floor. The master bedroom has a private balcony with exquisite views. It has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, skylight, flat screen TV, private bath with jetted tub and steam shower. The hickory wood floors are also throughout this level. The lower level has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and ensuite private bath with shower, flat screen TV, desk, and the other has a king bed, flat screen TV and the bathroom with a step-in bathtub and shower, is located just outside the room. The laundry with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also on this level. This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets, and please note this home is not suitable for young children.

    This is an ideal spot any time of year since it's just a block or 2 from everything you want to do in town and a gondola ride to Mountain Village. The kitchen is well-stocked, there are cozy blankets for cool evenings, and the neighborhood is quiet at night.

    My husband and I stayed her with two grown daughters and their partners. The location was ideal for going to and from the Bluegrass Festival and convenient for restaurants, walking/shopping around town and using the gondola to head over to Mountain Village. We took several hikes, all within walking distance or a short drive. In general, the house has a modern, light and airy feel. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the first floor, playing games, listening to music (smart TV) and eating. My husband and I were comfortable in the master bedroom with its ample storage and bathroom. One of the rooms in the basement is less generous (for a couple) and could benefit from better air circulation. If you plan on having a car (or two), the home's parking space is tight; one parking permit is provided. We had an easy time communicating with iTelluride, our booking agent. We loved every minute in Telluride and staying here added to the ease and joy of our experience!

    This was a great rental for family Spring Break ski vacation. Perfect location with short walk to Gondola, restaurants, nature trail, etc. We would definitely book this house again for future vacations to Telluride

    Easy to rent and great location. Long and narrow and no outdoor space really but met our needs especially due to location. Master is upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs each with their own bathroom. Not glamorous but still very nice! Responsive rental agency which is great!

    My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Pacific Street. The house is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the knives are sharp too! The best feature of the house is its location-right in the center of town-easily accessible to the Oak St. lift, shops and restaurants. We look forward to renting again next year. Finally, the customer service was excellent. Thank you.

    Amazing location! Beautiful unit. Just a block from the gondola and a few blocks from the grocery store and few blocks from bars and restaurants in Telluride. The townhome has great natural light on the main floor and second floor bedroom. The furniture in the living area is very comfortable and look like it was recently updated. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary pots, pans, and staples. There is below floor radiant heat throughout the unit. The two guest bedrooms are located in the basement. The VRBO description of one of the guest bedrooms described a twin bunk bed over a full bed but was only a full bed with no bunk. Definitely not a deal breaker, but it would have been helpful to know that upfront. Also, the unit was supposed to come with ski locker privileges adjacent to the Oak Street lift, but neither the locker attendant nor the front desk manager knew what we were talking about when we inquired about the ski locker for this unit. Again, a very, very minor nit pick. Communication with Chris was great throughout. I would definitely stay here again.

    Property was as advertised in nice condition, well equipped and professionally managed. Our group of 5 skied all week, enjoyed the town and village and never had to drive our vehicle the entire stay. Recommended without hesitation
