Amazing Town Home Right on San Juan River, Big Views, Near Town, Central A/C

Beth’s home was perfect for our stay. It was easy to walk to downtown for coffee, shops, lunch, or the springs. The beds were very comfortable with a wonderful view. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as plenty of towels, blankets, etc. the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and games. We loved our stay! Thank you!!

This is a very comfortable, well-appointed, very clean, and quiet three-floor condominium. The written description is accurate. The near-downtown location is tranquil yet conveniently close to the area's amenities. The adjacent river trail provides easy, 10-minute walking access to downtown. The Natural Grocer store is two blocks away. We would definitely stay again when in Pagosa Springs.

Beth’s place was perfect and extremely comfortable for 4 adults. The beds were great, kitchen well stocked, chairs to sit outside on both the front and riverside balconies. The location was excellent, it was close to town, a park, the Springs resort. Would gladly stay there again!!

This town home was a well equipped and very comfortable home. It has everything you could possibly want and more. The home is very clean and the river out the back door was very relaxing.

Stunning views from the back deck of both the river and the mountains! House was spotless and completely equipped with everthing you would ever need. Beth was warm and gracious as well! We would defiantly stay here again!

First class from start to finish. Great location for walks and pickleball. Balcony over the river was a hit with all 4 of us.

Beth is an amazing host and so sweet! She maintains a fantastic place in Pagosa and is so great to work with. The location is ideal and we love visiting! The house is perfect for our family of 5. We love being on the river and the kids love the ping pong table in the garage. And nothing is more relaxing than coffee on the patio in the morning, except for maybe wine on the patio in the evening.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Riverdance. It was very comfortable, quiet, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. The sound of the river while enjoying our coffee on the balcony each morning was my favirite part of our stay.

I enjoyed my coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking the river. We appreciated the ability to walk into town and yet feel immersed in nature.

This condo was as advertised. Right on the river, great views, and a garage. You can walk to town and the hot springs and it’s an easy drive to Wolf Creek. The host is very attentive and the condo is the most stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well and there were plenty of towels and blankets. And the ping pong table was fun. We

This is property deserves 5 stars in every category! The property is an easy walk to downtown. Although it’s close to town it’s in a quiet neighborhood; the only noises you’ll hear are the river running past your windows and the geese on the river. The first things you’ll notice when entering the home are that it’s immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is so well outfitted that you could make and serve a holiday dinner! There are closets of extra blankets, towels and pillows. The host has also stocked everything you may have forgotten such as extra toothpaste, sunscreen etc.The host quickly responded to texts both before and during our visit. The entire area around Pagosa Springs lost power during our visit. Our host came over to ensure that everything was working in the home when power came back to the city. I have rented in Pagosa Springs many times and this is by far my favorite place to stay!

Very lovely property conveniently located. The living room was very cozy with a great view! The kitchen was very well stocked including a variety of spices. We prepared breakfast and dinner both days of our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable. Plenty of blankets and closet space. We especially appreciated the towels that were supplied to enjoy the hot springs. The heated garage was very welcome as our stay was during a very cold spell. My only caution is that there are 2 sets of stairs from the garage to the bedrooms. I personally enjoy a bit of exercise while vacationing (and overeating) but my older brother was a bit grumpy about it. I will be looking to stay here in the future and highly recommend to other travelers.

We loved our stay here at Riverdance. It was very clean and stocked extremely well. Enjoyed morning coffee with the sounds of the river, ducks and geese. It had everything we needed…and then some…comfy and cozy.

Beth was an amazing host! She really thought of everything, the house was so well stocked. We had everything we could possibly need, LOTS of extra towels and bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, spices, and everything in the kitchen we needed to cook great meals for our family. Sleds and fly fishing poles in the garage, and the washer and dryer were already stocked with detergent and stain remover! There were candles, cable tv, DVDs, books, and games all for our use! It was an awesome location and very clean! Beth was super responsive and a great host! I highly recommend this VRBO!

Great place to stay, very centric so everything was within a few minutes by car.The stay was perfect and we enjoyed the views from the balcony.The townhouse as a whole was very nice, the fireplace definitely heats it up fast, The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook, which was such a bonus. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return in the future. Highly recommend it!!!

This was the perfect size for our family of 5 (including teen/ adult children); everyone had a bed and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The location is perfect and the views from the unit are amazing. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Very nice place. Lots of stairs that one person in our group couldn’t do. However there was a Murphy bed after only one set of stairs.

This condo was perfect for our group of 2 couples. Both bedrooms had king beds and attached baths. We appreciated being able to visit in a comfy, relaxed space. It met our needs perfectly.
