Amazing Sunsets/ Kayaks/ Waterfront w/ 2BR 2BA Pet Friendly Peaceful Serene Home

This lovely riverfront home was just what we wanted for our sibling weekend getaway. Beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed to make relaxing memories. Owner was quick to respond to our questions and easy to contact. Would definitely book again!

Nice relaxing stay very nice location.

We used this property to get ready at the day before of our wedding. Girls upstairs and boys downstairs and it was perfect! Beautiful scenery. Amazing natural lighting. We then stayed together as a married couple. We’d love to come back every year as an anniversary house and bring the pups.The only thing I could think is the listing showed a bunk bed but it was 2 solo queens in two separate rooms. It didn’t matter for our stay as husband and wife but good to know.

My only request is for a king size bed.

We planned a quiet weekend away and it was. The home was very nice and had a great view. The house really had everything you needed. Communication was great too. I would book again!

Empathic host, a great house with quiet neighbors. A combination that made for a awesome stay. One World (pizza in Peoria) was one of the best hand thrown pizzas we have every had! We went for the unusual, and we scored. Trefzger ( a 150 year old bakery in Peoria Heights) was such an aroma/flavor/memory trip. Thanks

This was the perfect place for our girls trip! Quiet neighborhood, great river view and plenty to do downtown if you choose to explore. We especially enjoyed a little time on the river in the kayaks that were provided by the owner. The owner was extremely fast in her communication and provided great information prior to our trip.

My friends and I recently stayed at this fantastic house while participating in a disc golf tournament, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The house offered stunning views that were the perfect backdrop for our morning coffees and evening relaxation. It was tucked away in a secluded area, providing the privacy and tranquility we were looking for during our getaway. The basement and living room offered a fun and comfortable hangout area where we could unwind after long days on the course. Whether we were playing games, watching tv, or just enjoying each other's company, it was the perfect spot to relax. Overall, this house was the ideal retreat for our group. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. We can't wait to return!

Anabelle creates the most beautiful and comforting getaway. I could look at the river and read all day! We enjoyed thrifting in little towns and lunches at Avanti's. She answers all questions right away. She is the ultimate host! This was my third visit! LOVE IT! Best, Kendra

Visiting for family wedding and found this great gem online! The view is amazing! I was out on the deck morning, noon and night! Owner was extremely responsive!

We were in town for a dog show, and this little place was a wonderful touch. On the smaller side, but very well designed.
