Stayed Aug 9, 2025The house was wonderful for our growing family of 8 adults and one toddler. The place was spacious and clean upon arrival. The location is perfect distance from the beach with access to two community pools, therefore we had no shortage of activities. No linens, beach towels, or beach chairs are provided, but we were aware of this before we arrived so we were able to prepare.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We had a great stay at this property! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family to spread out and use. We LOVED the pool - the water is really warm and we rode bikes there daily to swim. We found the house to be really clean and convenient. Would recommend and would stay again!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Look no further for your next family vacation. This house is in the perfect location to beach, bike trails, and shopping, We enjoyed the community’s pools, bocce and tennis courts. We grilled, ate, played cards and games in the screened in back porch most nights. The house has all the amenities. Thank you for sharing your home Rachel and Jonathan. It is perfect.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Our family of 8 was very comfortable at this property. It is very clean and well stocked. We took advantage of the pool, tennis court and pickle ball courts. It is a short drive to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. This is our second year to stay here. We hope to return next year too!

The beds are wonderfully comfortable as is the living space. We took advantage of the pool that’s available for use. The home is conveniently located within 10mins drive to the beach, attractions and many great restaurants! We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed May 24, 2024House was like new with spacious bedrooms, living room and enclosed porch. About a 5 minute drive to the beach but probably better to Uber instead of trying to park your car. And it’s probably cheaper as well. Looking to book again next year
