Amazing pool, arcade game and basktball game loft, pool table, 5 bedrooms

This was a very fun property. It was in great condition. The 5 bedrooms made it ideal for a family gathering. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool really made the vacation for us. Playing cornhole, using the water slide, the rope swing and basketball, my kids and grandkids played in the pool for hours every day.

The house was a perfect way to cap off our family vacation. What a pool! We had one minor issue our first evening, but Doug was incredibly communicative and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

This was probably the house we have ever stayed at! Perfect for families, the pool is so much fun! The kiddos LOVED it!!!! The house is clean, spacious and the host is so easy to communicate with!!! Highly recommend !!

We had a great family vacation here! We all enjoyed the pool which was much appreciated with the record setting heat we had. Great house, wonderful location and very responsive host. The only thing missing was some shade around the pool. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this for your stay.

Our stay was excellent. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by all. Location was perfect - quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

This was our second stay here and we had another great time. Nothing disappointed. We took the option to pay extra to have the pool temp raised which was definitely worth it since it's January. We don't have anything negative to say, all positive. We would hope to come back!

Our family spent a week here and it what a fantastic place to spend time in Arizona. Our stay was right after Christmas, the weather hovered around 68-73. Doug kindly contacted me before our stay to let me know the colder evenings were cooling off the pool quite a bit, we opted for the extra heat to 85, and glad we did, even when it got down to 60 outside at night, we were still very comfortable in the pool, anything less than 85 would have been pretty chilly, even for us Montana folks! The rest of the house is great, lots of room, very clean, great games for the kids and a pool table for all. There are tons of cooking supplies, but we did add a meat thermometer to the drawer, we used the BBQ and cooked a Prime Rib in the dual oven, and used the built in firepit a few times. Also, we were lucky enough to get quite a few fresh oranges and lemons from the trees in the back yard, very good! The neighbors were all great and very quiet, they do ask that you respect the neighborhood and not make a ton of noise at night, we still swam up to 10pm, but would not jump in (which is fun in a 12 foot deep pool) after 9PM, we would just swim or enjoy the evening stars. I also have to add, we did have a few issues that happened during our stay, no fault of anyone just wear and tear issues, and I was amazed how accommodating Doug was, he responded quickly, took care of the issues even quicker, and communicated constantly. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay or a better host!!

Great spot in town with amazing pool. Doug was a fantastic host who was always quick to relpy with any questions we had. Whenever we plan a trip back, we will be looking to stay here again!

Our family came from 3 different locations to all meet up together. We all enjoyed the pool and backyard that is relaxing with a resort like setting. The pool table was lots of fun and the kitchen is nice and large to accommodate the many cooks in our family. The owner was quick to respond to make sure we got settled. We would definitely stay here again.

Beds were comfortable, towels and linens were great, and we were adequately supplied with soaps and TP for the week. Very happy about that! Thank you for providing us with an amazing experience. The pool was everything we hoped for and more.

We were able to visit cousins we had not seen in 30 years! The location was very convenient and the house was a per felt place to come home to.

Had a great trip! All the adults and kids loved the outdoor pool area. Host was very responsive to a pool heater issue and fixed it right away.

We had a super time! The backyard is an oasis. Grandkids didn’t want to leave the pool. House is so spacious and well equipped. Exactly as advertised and more. Great location for our needs. Our daughter got married in Gilbert and we traveled out of state for just under a week to be there and needed a large home with plenty to do to keep our teens and young adult children occupied as we took care of logistics for the wedding. Doug’s home was the perfect place for just that. Doug was very responsive and accommodating. We had everything we needed in this beautiful home. Furnishings in some of the bedrooms are a bit outdated but that was a minor detail. Location is great and the neighborhood is safe. I highly recommend this property.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The kids LOVED coming back to the house to swim, play pool and the basketball game was a hit. Great and quick communication. Would definitely stay again.

My family came to visit my sister and this house was available in her neighborhood. It couldn’t have been more perfect for us. We had 3 kids and we couldn’t get them out of the pool. The house was great but the pool made the vacation!
