Stayed Jun 12, 2026This is a great location for getting into the city on the FREE train. There is also a great coffee shop and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Walking to Whole Foods is a bonus!

Stayed Apr 3, 2026Wonderful stay in South Plaza at Tess' home. Great location - close to the Plaza, Loose Park, Whole Foods & several fun restaurants. Tess was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 19, 2026This place was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the sofa bed was. The sheets are so soft and everything was very clean. It was stocked with all the basic cooking supplies and even had coffee, and many different teas. Tess was easy to communicate with and so nice. Even the neighbors waved and said hi. It is a great neighborhood. We walked to the Toys and Miniature museum which was so fun to see. The porch was a great way to spend the evening.

Stayed Dec 3, 2025Fantastic place to stay. Walking distance to shopping, Plaza, coffee shop, bars, restaurants and park. House so comfortable and had everything we needed. Will stay again next time in Kansas City.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Property is amazing. Would recommend staying here, except for car getting stolen from the front street. If you choose to stay park in the driveway not on the street to be safer.
