Stayed Jul 22, 2025Great location and check-in was hassle free. All info was sent in text befor we arrived. Support group was responsive and pleasant to work with. The only negative was the kitchen refrigerator did not work. A backup was provided in the garage. That was inconvenient since the kitchen was on the second floor and we had to go through the kids sleeping area to get to the garage.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024The house was nice w 4 king beds & 4 bathrooms. The location to beach was about 15 min walk, you could bike but had to still walk 5 min from parking as you couldn’t ride/leave bikes parked on water side & trams were long wait. The community pool was a 2 min walk from house & always seats available Washer/dryer were stackable & not equipped for group of 14. Dryer took 4 cycles to dry towel. I think upgrade needed.

Stayed May 20, 2024The location of this property is extremely convenient. Walking or biking distance to so many great shops, restaurants, and cafes. The initial code we were given to enter the property didn’t work but in a very short time the property management team had someone at the property to fix the door. The washer and dryer in the property are very small for the number of guests the property allows for. Overall the home was spacious , a great use of space and very clean. Beds are great. The pools and pool area available to guests of this home are not fantastic. It was busy because we were there over a holiday weekend, but it appears the pools receive very little attention. By day 3 or 4 there was algae growing along the edges in both pools. Lounge chairs are very old and in rough shape. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk from the unit. Plan to get there early in the day as it gets very crowded. We’ll be back to 30A. Truly a unique stretch of communities.

Stayed May 16, 2024A quick weekend getaway and the property was great. Elevator was a great help with luggage + 3 stories. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it was appointed nicely if we had needed to. Only one minor hiccup was the battery failing in one of the smoke detectors causing it to make the dreaded chirping sound, but the property manager sent someone immediately and they corrected it quickly. Would definitely recommend this property!

Stayed Mar 30, 2024The house was convenient, clean, and had all we needed for a week-long stay. The HOA security at the property, however, was completely overwhelmed by the number of spring breakers, and the house’s proximity to the marketplace- which would be ideal any other time - meant that we were surrounded by unsupervised teenagers, even well after the city’s imposed curfew. We can’t say there would be many places to escape teenagers on 30A during spring break; however, this house’s location was especially in the thick of it.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sailaway and had plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids. Great furnishings and super clean. Would go back in a heartbeat.
