Amazing beachfront home. This home was a great space for our entire family to spend a long weekend at the coast. The open and spacious floor plan is perfect and the views are priceless.

Gorgeous location right on the beach with panoramic views and direct access to the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked. This was our second week-long stay, and would stay here again.

This is a wonderful and comfortable home. It does a great job accommodating our group of 13 people. Each of the six bedrooms are really nice, so nobody loses out by staying in an undesirable room. The amenities were great, and the host was awesome to work with. We travel to Rockaway Beach every Thanksgiving week and we have had many rentals there. This was the nicest one we've stayed in. All have been as large, but none have been as nice. It is all set up for your stay, and we really didn't need any of the appliances or cutlery we took because it's already there. Also, the 2 washers and dryers were great. Everything in the house is updated and comfortable. It's a great location and easy to get to. With plenty of parking for our 5 cars we were driving. We definitely hope to stay here again next year. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home for you and your family.

The house was very clean when we arrived and the linens smelled great. We loved that there was beach access. We broke a couple things while we stayed and the host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen had more than enough equipment and utensils. I felt immediately at home in this beautiful space.

This was our second year at this house and, again, it met all expectations. We appreciated that it was comfortable for our group of 7 and well equipped for all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful week.

This was the most perfect beach house for our entire extended family. It was clean, it had a ton of toys and entertainment for kids, it had space for the adults, and it was exactly as described. The things we loved most were the supplies provided, the double washer/dryer, the multitude of beach towels, the sand toys, the outdoor heated shower, 2 refrigerators, and the care taken to make the home inviting. We are already planning return trips

We all loved this house! It was a fabulous option for a large group and if we ever decide to all go on a trip again, this property is at the top of our list! Walkable to town with amazing views. One item we wanted to mention was that beach access was not quite as easy as the pictures made it look for people with some mobility issues. But otherwise access was completely fine for the rest of the group. Thank you for providing a space for us to make wonderful memories!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious house right on Rockaway Beach! Perfect for our 6 families, plenty of room, super comfy bedrooms (including a fun bunk room for the kids), and a great open living area connected to the kitchen. Just a 1‑minute walk to the beach, even our 3‑year‑olds managed easily. The house was stocked with toys for both indoors and the beach, which was a huge plus.The location was fantastic, food trucks and restaurants just a short 10–15 minute walk away. We also loved nearby activities like the steam train to Garibaldi, the Tillamook Air Museum, the Creamery (with lots of ice cream, of course!), and the Big Tree Trailhead hike. Communication with the host was easy and smooth.Overall, an awesome stay, we’d love to come back again!

Extremely clean. Amazing view. Well stocked in every way: kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, spices, etc. Everything you’d need to cook meals, which we did. Plenty of towels (including beach towels), soap and toilet paper. An amazing feature is the heated water that comes out of the faucet outside to wash off the sand with.

The home was perfect for our large family and right on the beach - couldn't be happier!

First of all this home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Home is super comfy, including the beds. The kitchen has everything you could need. Beach access is excellent, location is quiet. WIFI strong, The only problem we had was leaving. We all wanted to stay longer!

Our family of 14 had a fabulous time at ‘The Green House’. It’s situated right on the beach with direct access to it. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. One of the very best place we’ve ever stayed!

This beautiful home was exactly as it appears online. No surprises is a good thing! We loved the location. The beach was our backyard. The large living room/kitchen area provided lots of space for our big family gatherings. The home is located in close proximity to all the things we wanted to do. Our favorite beach ended up being Hug Beach (a must do). We had close access to several small grocery stores and fun shops. I have to say the kitchen is the most well-stocked kitchen we have ever seen, and we've stayed in a lot of rentals. I am envious of the pots and pans. I plan to buy the same set. And the knives were actually sharp! There is a large counter to prep and serve food, and the kitchen table is large and the picture window gives you a dreamy view of the ocean. The washer and dryer are new and so nice. We literally didn't have a single complaint.

We had such a a great time. Ideal amount of space for our family including 4 grandchildren under age 12. It was so helpful having everything we needed available to us. Thanks again..

Steps from the beach and wonderful views! Everyone got their ocean fix! Spacious and comfy living area, very well equipped kitchen, extra fridge/freezer if the cooks get carried away, bedrooms felt private, plenty of bathrooms. Lots of extras tucked here and there. We lacked for nothing! And great coffee only 2 blocks away!

We had a family reunion with my three sons and their families, which we do almost every year. We all agreed that this was one of the best units that we have stayed at.The location was perfect, right on the beach. The unit was well-stocked, especially the kitchen. It came with beach towels, toys, and good quality televisions. One of our favorite features was that there were two laundry units, which is a must since we had nine children with us. It came with lots of beach toys and had an outdoor shower, which made it easy to wash off the sand before entering the house.

This is our fourth stay here and already booked for next year. It is an amazingly beautiful place that we have created incredible memories. It’s everything it says it is and the pictures are totally accurate

This was our 2nd year for our spring family vacation. Perfect house for 5 adults and a 4 and 2 year old. Lots of room and most importantly with kids, the beach is right outside the door. Kids didn't want to go home. Rockaway is a fun little town. This house is a great place for adults but an absolute gem for families with kids. Pull out drawers and there's always something for the little ones to play with. We always bring a puzzle table to set up on the kitchen island; manage to get 2 1000 piece puzzles done during our 4 night stay. This time our 4 year old joined in and with just a little' help managed to help us finish. So much fun always. We will return.

We stayed as a family to celebrate my dad's life. He was very unexpectedly lost and all of us planned this for some closure. This home is beautiful and so incredibly well stocked. The beach was beautiful. Thank you for sharing this special Spot with us!

We've rented many VRBO properties over the years, but this one is actually better than the description. View is priceless, kitchen is very well-stocked, lotsa extra linens, quiet neighborhood. Just everything you could think you need is here. Minor issue was resolved by owner immediately on first night. I don't want to gush too much because I want it available for our trip next year!

My brothers and sister decided to give my mom a great present for her 98th birthday -- a few days on the Oregon coast, an area that she absolutely loves. This home was the perfect place for that. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and I can't think of anything that the kitchen didn't have that we needed. Plenty of towels were available and the bathrooms were excellent. It's obvious that the owners of the home have gone the extra mile to make the home comfortable and pretty with various knick-knacks and photos. The big window in the eating area was the perfect place to watch the ocean and visit. Mathew made everything about checking in and out easy. If I could have given the place a 4.75 rating I would have. Two things:Thing One: One element that fell below our expectation was the access to the beach. While somewhat difficult - but possible - for the younger adults in our group, it was not possible for my mom to go down the rocks to get to the sandy beach. She was happy anyway just sitting on the deck watching the waves. Thing Two: the locks on the outside doors in the main level master bedroom and the upstairs master bedroom were a bit tricky. Luckily we had a lock whisperer with us who conquered the problem.Thanks, Mathew, for providing a super place for our family to celebrate our mom! We highly recommend this lovely home for a family to use to enjoy the Oregon coast.

We were so impressed by this rental. It was so well appointed with anything you could wish for. The views are amazing, the access to the beach was perfect and the house was beautiful! Everyone is already asking when we can go back!

We rent 1-2 VRBO’s a year and this one might just be the best yet. The view was incredible, you couldn’t be any closer to the ocean. The house was so clean and extremely stocked. The owners thought of every detail and we didn’t run out of anything. We would definitely stay here again. What a beautiful week that we will always remember.

Family vacation for three generations. The home is everything advertised and more. They thought of every detail and have it all there for you. The beach is just steps away and we enjoyed a little cove area next to the house that was protected from the wind. Our grandson played there for hours. Beds are comfortable and each bedroom felt private from the rest of the house. The sunsets are amazing. They had booster seat, pack and play, kids dishes and toys for littles. A bunch of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys are left to use as well. Book it! You won't regret it.

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. Plenty of room for our family to sleep. The grandkids loved their own bedroom with the bunk beds and TV.

Listing says sleeps 16, yet only has beds for 14. 2 people slept on the floor on mats. Wind storm happened and blew a chair off the deck breaking it. Sent a message to the manager and never heard back. All in all we had a good time.

13 adults shared this beautiful home for a church leaders retreat. The accommodations were perfect with plenty of room to meet and eat together with beautiful views and instant access to the beach. …Would gladly seek future stays!

We had a great 3 day weekend with our family:) The home is warm and cozy with beautiful views! The beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets and towels! Close to town- you can walk on the beach to town or walk along the railroad tracks. There is a restaurant and a coffee place very close to the house! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Amazing location--right on the water with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. We needed a place with multiple bedrooms to accommodate friends and family, and this place delivered. It was great having two master bedrooms, including one on the main floor. We had young families come, and this place was well-stocked (baby gates, pack-and-play, etc.). We brought groceries and ate in for most of our 9 days, and the kitchen was well-equipped for this kind of use. Would stay again.

House was very clean. House wa well stocked with kitchen appliances. Plenty of room for everyone. Beach access just steps away from house. Walking distance to shopping. Books and games for kids. WiFi. Surround sound. Well stocked with cleaning supplies. Plenty of parking. Family had an amazing time. We will go back

The house was amazing! Very clean when we arrived, tastefully decorated, & little thoughtful gifts left for us to enjoy. We had everything we needed & the location was superb. We even got to experience a crazy storm & power outage, but the owners were so accommodating & kind about our inability to complete all check out tasks. Highly recommend & will definitely try to visit again.

Our family loved this attractively-furnished, oceanfront home for a week of cooking and sharing meals and playing board games together. We visited nearby Tillamook and Seaside, walked along the sand, watched the stormy, wild waves, and mostly just enjoyed quiet family time together as we relaxed in this cozy, amazing home. Highly recommended!

This was a great property for our stay at the coast in November. The size was perfect for our crew of 14. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, the access to the beach was great, and the fireplace was also great to have for this time of year. The host was responsive, and we would definitely stay here again.

This was the first vacation we’ve gone on as a family with 9 adults and 4 kids. Mathew’s house was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and their were tons of games for the kiddos. We caught 65 crab during our stay and had plenty of room to clean and cook them. This house is directly on the beach with extremely easy access. We had an accident and the owner was very kind and easy to work with. We are already planning on coming back next year! Only suggestion would be better pillows and a better parking situation. Parking more than 3 cars would be difficult.

The house was very clean, well stocked with all sorts of amenities and very beautiful. The furniture has been updated since photos were taken. We will definitely rent again if we are in that area in the future.

Our group of 4 (all women staring at age 70, all friends for 60 years) could not have enjoyed ourselves more. One of the best equipped houses ever. Great location, too. Stay here if you can!!

This beautiful house is right at the beach with unobstructed views of the ocean. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware & appliances. Our group of aunts and girl cousins, all seniors, were so comfortable here. Two bedrooms are on the main floor. But be aware the other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The front and back entries also have stairs so everyone needs to be mobile. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Everything was as described. One of the most well stocked vacation homes we have rented. We hope to return some day.

Our group of 7 friends had a super week at the house! This was our 6th trip to the Oregon coast and this house is our favorite! Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone, well stocked kitchen, wonderful beach, and stunning ocean views! We hope to return!

Had a wonderful stay!Location is everything! Just a few small things: downstairs master shower head needs replacing, couldn’t figure out the disposal, but that could be us, upstairs bedroom next to the kids room needs a new mattress, and wifi was initially an issue , but Matthew had someone out the next morning to repair it- thank you! House was perfect fit for our family reunion. Need at least 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bedroom on main floor, WiFi (we had teenagers and one person had a work meeting) all was great!
