From the moment you arrive, the house is designed for your fun and enjoyment especially since a high quality electric golf cart, 4 adult bikes, nice quality beach chairs, beach towels and 2 amenity cards(cards incl in weekly rentals only) are included! That's over a $1,200 in savings!
Footprints in the Sand boasts the best of both, incredible ocean views in the front of the house along with amazing panoramic views of the Ocean Point Golf Course behind the house and easy walking to the best beach access on the island. Access 1B. Guests also have the option of converting the upstairs twin rooms to a comfy Kings! Just let us know.

The housekeeping team ensures the house is pristine upon your arrival. A golf cart, bikes for all ages, quality beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, hotel quality linens/towels/toiletries and a fully-equipped kitchen all come with your rental! Two weekly amenity cards are also provided with a weekly rental. All you need to pack is your toothbrush, bathing suit, t-shirt and shorts.....LOL! My team and I strive to provide hotel-like standards and your best vacation experience at Footprints.

I designed and built the house to include every feature I felt was missing in a vacation rental. All rooms have views of the ocean and either access to a private balcony or the large Southern porches. The main floor has an exceptional open floor plan with a large family room, half bath off the foyer, open dining area and large master bedroom and ensuite master bath. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is designed for large family gatherings with lots of counter space for helpers, double stainless steel ovens, dedicated ice machine, French door refrigerator and an extra tall mini fridge for overflow groceries. Chefs love the kitchen and a Weber grill is also available for outdoor cooking! The Master is upgraded with Posturepedic bedding, large bath, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, high quality sheets and a flat screen t.v.,. The huge ensuite bath is also ADA accessible.

A golf cart along with four high quality adult cruiser bikes (plus bikes for the kiddies), nice quality beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys and high quality beach towels all come free with your rental. If your stay is seven nights or longer, two weekly amenity cards are included. Additional cards can be purchased through me, unlike other Hosts on the Island. The owners of Fripp Island Resort have added a mandatory 12.8% fee ( of the base rental rate only) for ALL RENTAL PROPERTIES on the island.

The new fitness center is open and our beach access is less than a 2 minute walk to the best beach access on the island with an easy ramp (not a long boardwalk) for strollers and walkers! Don't be fooled by crowded center island or Tarpon locations, with no room to spread out and no beach at high tide. All pools are less than a 5 minute golf cart ride and faster by car. The Resort will also be opening their new miniature golf at center island as well!

If you need to work remotely and we hope you don't....but if you do...... there's a dedicated desk in the upstairs loft where you can enjoy incredible views while you work.

Footprints in the Sand is a professionally designed and decorated 5-star rated home by over 70 guests with fabulous beach and wildlife views! House is designed with hotel quality floors, quartz counter tops/sinks/faucets in kitchen and all baths, new fireplace surround, newly painted etc. Enjoy our close beach access to go back and forth to the house when you're at the beach! I LOVE the beach, but hate packing the stuff for a great vacation. No worries, we provide toiletries like a hotel, hair dryer in each bath, all linens, usb ports in all bedrooms, a golf cart, beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon and bikes for all ages! Exploring the island in the golf cart provided or on the magnificent bike paths with our bikes, makes for the perfect vacation. What better way to get away!

Our Property Manager and Housekeeper are top-notch and available to assist in making your vacation special. For your convenience and at no extra charge our property manager even delivers your amenity cards prior to your arrival and is responsive during your stay. - Across the street from the ocean, the first floor offers an inviting open plan perfect for family gatherings...with kitchen overlooking dining room and family room. Dining area opens onto back deck overlooking the Ocean Point golf course! Master is on the main floor, is handicap accessible and boasts an expansive bath with ocean views. The main floor is ADA accessible.

- Family room equipped with 56 flat screen tv, has 30'ceilings with enormous 2-story bay windows that look out to the 5-star 'Ocean Point' golf course, lagoon and amazing wildlife! Footprints also sits next to a private lot that has become a bird sanctuary, perfect for you bird watchers!

- No matter where you are on the first floor, you can be a part of the conversation while enjoying the ocean breeze and smelling the Island's scent!

- Lots of places to retreat for quiet moments and the kids can enjoy our Game Room equipped with a foosball table, T.V./DVD with hook ups for Play Station, X-box etc. and a huge chalk board wall for the little ones to draw their masterpieces!

- Create amazing meals while smelling and hearing the ocean through the large windows in the kitchen. Kitchen is well-equipped with stainless double ovens, lots of counter space, French door refrigerator and an extra mini refrigerator for added grocery storage!

- Enjoy meals cooked on the Weber grill and served outdoors on the large table (seats 6-8 in addition to another table that seats four) while overlooking the 8th fairway and wildlife!

- Upstairs has four comfy bedrooms, each with a uniquely appointed beach décor and all bedrooms have flat screen TVs!

- Two bedrooms face the ocean each with Queen beds, their own vanities/toilets and share a Jack and Jill shower. One of the Queen bedrooms has an additional twin bed. Both rooms open to the upper front deck looking onto the Atlantic Ocean where you can also enjoy the sunrise! A twin air mattress and pack n' play are available as well.

- The other two bedrooms view the golf course and have two twins in each room and if you'd prefer you have the option to convert the twins to a King! Each room has their own vanity and toilet, share a Jack and Jill shower and supplied with a high quality hair dryer. These bedrooms have their own private balconies to admire the ocean and sunsets as well!

We manage our home like an upscale hotel, furnishing all the baths with toiletries, hotel quality towels & linens for total pampering! Our property manager lives nearby to ensure everything runs smoothly during your vacation.
