The Skyscraper is my Vacation Beach Home- I am trudi/the owner and I’m excited to share my home with you! My home The Skyscraper offers a STUNNING, Best View of the Bay and Ocean can be enjoyed within this spacious and Luxurious home that has all the amenities to accommodate family, friends as well as Corporate/Executive Meetings and Team Building. A spectacular home and setting that can't be found in another. An owner/manager always knows their home best-reach the owner- trudi - bookwith me-We love our home and want to share it with you- You are steps away from the best crabbing, clamming, and beaches to be enjoyed on the Oregon Coast! The Cape Lookout State Park, also know as 'The Spit' reaches out around the Netarts Bay - the spit wraps around and protects the beach giving a beach area that is protected and truly be enjoyed!

This Home has three Bedrooms, two are Master Suites with King Beds, The third has a Queen bed. There is an enormous 900 sq. ft loft with four Queen beds and space that can accommodates all the kids and more. Enjoy a chef’s kitchen fully equipped to cook or just enjoy a bowl of Tillamook Ice Cream and the view. No where can you be closer to the beach, have a better view, and have all that you need to entertain and accommodate your entire family with all the luxury extras. Plan a family reunion…a b-day celebration, Corporate meeting or just a get away! Every bed is a 'heavenly bed' with incredible high thread count sheets and top notch bedding/pillows/linens. This is TOP of the World...The Skyscraper is the best of the whole area. Look at each photo and you'll see...if you want an incredible get away... come stay. No comparison!

This is the Vacation Rental that has it all: view, location and size. Fun for family and friends at the beach. The Netarts Bay is protected by the spit and that makes the beach calm and incredible. You truly are at the skyline...take the stairs up to the TOP and enjoy the best view of the Ocean and Bay! Because we are located so close to the beach, building codes do not permit ground floor living/use. The Skyscraper has stairs AND the most incredible VIEWS!!!

We Welcome up to 2 Doggy Pals Per visit with pre-arrangement and $100 per Doggy Pal. Please communicate with trudi about needs/exceptions considered.

If your reservation includes pet(s)-I wanted to share a friendly reminder of dog etiquette - I feel silly in sharing this, but must for safety of pets and as respect to my cleaning crew. Please, don’t allow/take pets into the loft -the stairs are open view and it causes concern with depth perception. Additionally, the loft is carpeted and just not a place I want Dogs. (Please, no eating, food, snacks in loft). Please, bring your own Doggy Pal bedding, we love pets but not in/on our beds or our furnature. Please, don’t leave Doggy Pals in the house or closed in rooms /decks without you-I can’t imagine the anxiety that could cause in an unfamiliar place. Please bring towels for the beach for yourself and Doggy Pals. The sand wreaks havoc on the house /appliances. The outdoor shower level is the perfect spot to tidy up and hang towels when beach clean up is done and as you head up to the house front door entry.
So sorry to have to go through these points-but I’ve been simply amazed that folks would needs these tips shared as guests in someone’s home- so, I’m including this for everyone.
For safety- Guests are required to provide car information, make/model/color and license plate. Emergency contact info for someone not at house location required. This is a safety measure. Please review description of coastal home and location. A reservation is conformation you have read and respect our home for appropriate use. Special events considered and REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FEES. It is the responsibility of the booking guest to clearly discuss this with trudi/owner or reservation will be cancelled. I take the regulations of our area and short term rental rules seriously.
You are responsible to clear ALL events and speak live with trudi/owner.
