The house is so lovely and clean and the location was perfect-just a short walk to shops and coffee and restaurants! We traveled with friends and had the best time and everyone kept saying what a great house I picked! And Tom is super responsive and helpful!

Our stay was fantastic! The house is wonderful. Perfect for a weekend get together with friends.

This house was just as described. Spacious & conveniently located to downtown Saugatuck.We especially loved the outdoor areas & seating!We would all love to return & get the same house!

We stayed in this house 2 years ago too.. Check in was easy and smooth! Kitchen is fairly well equipped but could use some storage containers with lids. We really appreciated having an extra roll of paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. The coffee nook is awesome!There is a stain on the couch that could use some cleaning. Love that we can use the garage for additional parking.

This is the second time we have rented this home. We absolutely love it!! Having two master bedrooms is a huge plus while vacationing with our adult children and grandchildren The location is great- easy walk into town and short drive to Oval Beach. Very clean and beautiful furnishings. We plan to come back again next summer.

We loved our stay at this property. The house is new with plenty of space and bathrooms. Great location just walking distance to downtown. We had an awesome stay and are considering coming back next year!Only small comment is that the bathrooms did not have basic toiletries like shampoo / soap which was a surprise!

All was great, including communication with host. Excellent location, and home is very nice. Thank you! Check in and check out were also easy. We had a great time!

We come to Saugatuck every summer from Chicago. This year we traveled with eight adults and four children.This was the perfect home. Beautiful, clean and in the perfect location. The room with the bunkbeds made the trip for my kids!There was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. The deck in between the home and the guest house is absolutely beautiful and a fun way to end the evening chatting. The downstairs yard was the perfect play place for my kids. TVs everywhere, so nobody had to miss the basketball games :-)I am a very picky traveler, and I highly, highly recommend this place!

Great location and property - walked all around downtown and two great golf courses within a 8 minute drive.

Tom is wonderful! Great for large groups and great spot to walk downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect for easy walking access to downtown. The fire pit was easy to use and provided a great ambiance each evening.

The well-lit, classy, clean aesthetic of this house was perfect for getting ready for our wedding. Our family and friends had plenty of space to get ready and the short walk to down town made it an easy home base. Details like having copious kitchen utensils, garage space for storage, and lots of bathrooms with large counters. The house was super clean and the patio space was a gorgeous plus! This was a perfect house for our group! Bright, clean, spacious, and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Love the outdoor space as well. It’s a short walk into town so no worries about driving/parking. Communication with host was quick and helpful. I recommend this home and I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! The house was in the perfect location for a quick walk to downtown Saugatuck for a coffee in the morning, lunch or dinner. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the beach which was beautiful. Douglas is just a quick walk as well! The layout of the home was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living spaces were very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and the outdoor space was perfect for evening meals outside. We will definitely be back!

This property is just as described and as you see in photographs. It is comfortable, clean, amazing location, and comes with an abundance of towels! We had a fantastic time and Tom went above and beyond, even helping me with a delivery that was delayed in transit. We hope to be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. Great location to walk to town and close to Oval Beach. The home is very well decorated with everything you need to be comfortable. Tom responded quickly to our questions. We already booked again for next year! There were 13 of us, ages 1-67. Everyone loved it!
