Stayed Apr 9, 2026The house and the neighborhood are wonderful. The house came with wonderful amentities and I would definitely stay here again. We were able to check-in right at 4pm as stated when we booked although the host had told me we would be able to get in early. It was disappointing that wasn't able to happen, it was mentioned a large group had been in the house ahead of us and it required a lot of cleaning. The check-in process is a little confusing if you don't know where you're going as it is in a little window in the pool area. Only other issue was a shower drain in the master that didn't work. It backed up so bad that even hours later there was multiple inches of water still on the ground. I mentioned this to the host and although they said they'd come by to fix it, they never did and we were not able to use the shower after that. Even with those issues, the home is very nice and I would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024House was great, host was accommodating to children. However, the bunk room did not have a door on it and that would’ve been nice to know.

Stayed May 23, 2024Overall this is a great deal for a large group or family! Excellent location walkable to 30a shops and restaurants. Also it’s about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. There are trams that will pick you up if you are bringing lots of stuff so that’s helpful as well. If you’re planning on booking umbrellas on the beach and not bringing your own stuff to the beach to setup on the very small remaining portion of the beach that is still public then it’s perfect. If planning on using the public beach then it can be a little more planning and getting there early in the morning to get a decent spot on the beach. The pool is awesome! Our family went there every day. Great stay with excellent communication!
