Amazing & Modern 3BR, 2BA Home near IAH, DT

We had a great time, the house was clean and very well kept besides some minor issues

The house is beautiful and just what we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hosts were very responsive with the questions that we had. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Spring.

Host was welcoming, had trouble getting in, because we arrived at dusk and couldn’t see the key pad! It’s a very nice house, well equipped kitchen, except their wasn’t a can opener!

This home was exactly as described. It was conveniently located and in a great neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the open concept and watching movies in the spacious living room. The two additional bedrooms were separated from the main suite which was a plus for our family. Our host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out very convenient. We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us this way.

Property was conveniently located for all we were in town to do. Property worked well for our family of 5. We enjoyed the big TV in the living area with seating for all. Having garage parking was convenient. All necessary items were provided and in good condition. Check-in was easy. Owner was easy to work with. Overall, the property worked well for our stay to visit family.

This home is cozy, nicely decorated, and very clean! The neighborhood is nice with friendly neighbors. Being able to utilize the garage was a bonus and added extra safety for me. I have already saved this home as a favorite and will be booking it (if available) for my next trip to the area!

Property was wonderful and would definitely stay here again. Very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Having the garage to park our rental car in was nice also. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Close to IAH airport and not to far from downtown. Owners communicated well and accomodated a special request that we had.

Communication was excellent. I asked for extra towels/wash rags and received them. Asked for early check in and they were able to accommodate. I do wish there were extra blankets in each room. The location was very convenient to all of our Spring wedding activities. Definitely would stay there again
