The place:

3x spacious and sunlit bedrooms, all with queen size beds, also available are 2 x rollaway beds that can be easily accommodated in the dining area.

There is a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet and fully functioning laundry plus a separate toilet from the main bathroom just along side it.

The living and dining area is huge with plenty of room and a big 65 TV for kicking back and relaxing after a busy day seeing Melbourne.

The kitchen has allthe usual amenities and is fully functioning so you can prepare your own meals.

There is also a big outside courtyard to enjoy.

The house has two levels, and currently 2 people are staying on the top level. They have a completely separate entrance to the bottom level and no access into the lower level of the house, the door between the two levels is permanently locked. You will have the whole bottom level of the house to yourself for your stay so privacy is not a problem.

The neighborhood:

Within easy walking distance of Melbourne's sports precinct (a few minutes walk depending on venue); Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Melbourne Park, Rod Laver Arena, Hisense Arena, Olympic Park, (AFL, Tennis, Basketball, Soccer etc.) Royal Melbourne Tennis Club, Richmond Football Club. Walk to restaurants and shopping in Bridge Rd, Swan St, or a short 5 minute tram ride to Melbourne city. Epworth Hospital is one block away.

The property is located in a residential area. Any disturbances to neighbors will result in you having to immediately vacate the premises and your accommodation costs and deposit will not be refunded.

    Our stay was excellent. We could not fault the accommodation and so many unexpected extras provided. Location was within walking distance to sporting, entertainment and city centre. Thank you to the wonderful Hosts. We didnt want to leave.

    Family Christmas in Melbourne. Travelled from Brisbane with our greyhound. The house is very dog friendly and close off leash park at the MCG. The house is in a fantastic location, walking distance to MCG and easy access to Melbourne city centre. The house is very comfortable, with everything that you need for a family holiday. Great communication with Josh and his family, off street parking is a bonus. Would highly recommend this house for a holiday in Melbourne.

    Perfect - welcoming, warm, homey. Perfect location, so easy to catch trams, walk everywhere. Great hosts, friendly and have everything you need on hand. Absolute home away from home, will be staying again, loved every minute of it!!! Cannot recommend highly enough.

    The property is the perfect base from which to explore Melbourne and the surrounding area. Located on a very quiet street, it is a short walk from the MCG, local shops/cafes, a tram stop and train station. The property itself is well-maintained and well-equipped. It has three double bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living/dining area with kitchen. Bathroom is huge with a great shower (unfortunately no bath which is the only negative). The hosts, Glenys and Ian, live next door and are very friendly and welcoming. The wine/beer and food items which were waiting for us were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. All in all, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended.

    The house was very clean tidy and warm. Extra touches everywhere. Breakfast supplies, wine, beer, tea, coffee, snacks. Shampoos and body wash. Beds were comfortable and the communication from the host was excellent. The house is bigger than it appears in the photos. We had a lovely, comfortable stay. Thanks

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 10 mulberry, Glenys was extremely welcoming and accommodating to us. The location is perfect If the MCG is part of your trip, not even a 5 minute walk to Yarra park. Close to all the pubs and cafes on bridge and swan st, would definitely stay again.
