Amazing location! Quiet, picturesque neighborhood!

Perfect house for a wonderful Cape vacation. Great amenities and very spacious. It's also close to our favorite spots and not far from the highway to venture out to Beachcomber and Provincetown. Highly recommend!

Based on reviews from previous guests, cleanliness was rated highly. This was not our experience. The deck furniture had covers on them that were covered in mud. The deck wasn’t swept and the small rug just inside the kitchen was old and filthy. The notebook outlining how to use the Television, gas fireplace, area highlights, local beaches etc. hadn’t been updated since 2016. One of the downstairs bedrooms had a visible leak on the ceiling from the bathroom above. We notified the owner who offered us a refund if we gave his property a positive rating. I have his offer in writing along with pictures on my phone. The couches were covered with white cotton blankets that were not clean. I washed and dried them and returned them to both couches, what a difference. The house, although in need of attention and repairs, was really beautiful. It made us sad that greed

We had a great weeklong stay at this beautiful home this July. It has lots of space and is airy and clean and wonderfully decorated. It had everything we needed, including linens, internet, TV, games, and even some kindling for a small fire on July 4th. Great access to lovely beaches and food. Thank you!

This is our second visit to this home. We find it clean and comfortable and love the amount of light it gets from the large windows. We'll definitely rent again. Our cat loves it too. She can watch the birds and squirrels at eye level. Five paws on that. One suggestion...bathroom could use a few more hooks to hang towels, etc. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay. Such a convenient location. Thank you.

This was out third stay at this property and everything was just, as usual, perfect. The house was really clean upon our arrival and the aménites are just the ones we need.It is slowly becoming our home in Cape-Cod !

Peaceful beautiful house and property

This is a comfortable private home that is conveniently located to everything you could possibly need to make your vacation enjoyable. The home is superbly maintained and filled with everything that you can think of and surprises with even more than you didn’t. The property, though centrally located, is secluded and can be difficult to find since the address number is not displayed. We will not have difficulty finding it on our next stay!

This was our second stay at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood yet very close to many great places to discover. Communication with property owner and check-in was a breeze. The property is spacious, and beautiful. We look forward to a trip back nex year

Tucked away in a really quiet neighborhood, Just a short hop from Pleasant Bay. Top-notch all around!

House is a good size. It’s in a great neighborhood. Not far from things in Orleans. The upstairs is updated and beautiful, if using. When getting the Arrival information, they need to update the description of the house. It does not have purple shutters. Also, outdoor furniture is different then in the photos.

We have been coming to this property for many years and always look forward to our time there.

This was even better than described. Kitchen was well equipped and interior was nicely furnished and spacious. We especially enjoyed backyard and porch area. Great location on side street with only a short walk to Pleasant Bay. Owner was responsive and informative. I would highly recommend it!

This is our second stay at the property and just as great as the first! The quiet, private space is ideal with such a convenient location, close to Orleans, Eastham, Chatham, etc. We appreciated the abundance of towels and blankets that were provided, and made use of the beach chairs and various games that were available. Even our dog, who can be nervous in new settings, settled in fairly quickly, as she enjoyed the views from the floor-to ceiling-windows looking out onto the yard.

The property is on a quiet street, beautiful plantings and landscaping offering privacy. Good communication with the Host. He was responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

The only flaw about this property - is how positive everything is and how competitive the bookings will become once everyone hears about it. We loved every second of our stay and especially the hospitality of the owners. Thank you, Thank you!
