Amazing LOCATION! Only a 2 minute walk to both the beach and heart of town.

Loved the location in the heart of the town. Excellent for the family for easy access to the beach and shops. The house was adequate for our family requirements.

Fantastic location just one block from both the beach and local Dunsborough shops. The house was great for our two families to enjoy. A front security screen door and security door off the main living area and laundry would be ideal to let the afternoon breezes through. Kitchen was missing a few essentials. A drying rack for dishes and rolling pin would be a great addition as well as a toasted sandwich maker or sandwich press. Toliets lacked an exhaust fan and as main bathroom was accessible from primary bedroom a lock on door would have made it more comfortable for all guests which included our children. Vacuum cleaners may need an upgrade as well. Overall an enjoyable stay for everyone and being dog friendly was absolutely a plus. Will definitely be back!

Very clean, great location. Short walk to shops and beach. Very warm, cosy, inviting home. Loved the games, especially foosball and giant Uno. Loved all the blankets and couches, were very comfortable. One piece of feedback, would have been nice to have some tissues or paper towels as there was none, also was not super great having to park out the front of the property. But overall very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location, one minute walk to town. Easy communication with host and lovely clean home.

House was comfortable , close to shops and beach.It was hard to shower, not use to shower in a bath.Lovely walks along beach.

Perfect location. A short walk to the center of town. Nice backyard. Perfect for a group of 6 or so people..

We were impressed with our stay from start to finish, and appreciated that our furry friends were welcome to join us. The accommodation was beautiful, cozy and comfortable, it included all the amenities we needed. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, can’t wait to come back.

Great Location

Very nice house with ample beds for large family. Nice and close to town and the beach, so the teens could just walk there whilst the adults could relax.The home was well appointed and well equipped with plenty of cups plates etc. The reason it gets 4/5 stars is unfortunately the bed mattress throughout appeared very old and extremely uncomfortable. Overall still a very nice, relaxing place to stay and visit the south west.

Location was perfect for beach and town, 2min walk either way. The house was spacious and clean. Some repairs required, eg the front path, the lounge blinds, the window screen in the toilet. There is no clothes drier which would be helpful as it rained every day. Spiral staircase very tight and could prove a problem for some guests, not an issue for us. Would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Fantastic stay. Was easy to get any minor things sorted (Wifi needed to be reset and was done in minutes) and the place was beautiful. Plenty of room, great spaces for different activities. Walking distance to great cafes and shops. Awesome kids park 1 min walk away. Would definitely be coming again in summer one time!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It presented just as advertised; was very clean with the basics provided in the kitchen and bathrooms to get us through until we could shop. Very handy to shops and eateries. Short walk to beach front. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location although the stairs in the property are quite the struggle. Especially trying to get luggage up to the second floor. I don’t recommend for older people. Also has an open plan upstairs for the bathroom/ toilet and shower. The backyard is perfect for pets. I recommend only for stays 2- 3 nights.

Nothing fancy but very clean and the location was so close to everything. There was everything we needed.

The location is awesome, however, the property needs a little tlc to maintain it!!! The pillows are shocking!!! All in all we enjoyed our stay

The location is so fantastic. Everything from food and entertainment is within walking distance. Local attractions and water entertainment is a short drive. Fun for old and young. We loved our stay and would recommend having a vacation at Happy Feet to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to beach, shops and park for our dogs. Friendly lizard and possums at night. House does need a few repairs. But still good we didn’t cook or use the barbecue short walk to cafes and takeout

The location was incredible, the house had everything we needed for me, my husband and our 2 young children. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful property and i loved that my dogs could come stay with us in prep for our wedding. House was super clean with fresh linen and towels in all the rooms. Easily accessible with the lock box:) Was slightly disappointed with four rolls of toilet paper for the entire house that sleeps 10 people. We had to buy more whilst we were there, same with dishwashing liquid as there was nothing left in the bottle to use.No sponges or cloths to clean dishes with. Nor anything to clean the bbq with, which is a checkout requirement if used. So bought those and left the sponges there for next guests and paper towel. Aside from small things which we live and learn from, the overall stay was great and would stay there again if need:)

The property was ideally located for both town and beach. Family of four adults, one child and one dog were very comfortable with a very relaxed feeling, we thoroughly we enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the AC, but the iProperty Manager sorted this out very quickly. The house had most of the comforts of home. There were a few things that we thought would make life easier, especially in the colder months:- Indoor airer, washing on outside line didn't dry properly. An airer would have been handy. A lock on front door flywire, so that dog/children weren't able to get out when front door was open. Flywire on backdoor would have been handy. When AC was being looked at, we noticed that filters desperately needed cleaning. As did some cobwebs. I was in the upstairs bedroom, but had to move downstairs to share room with nephew as I found the mattress not firm enough for me. Please don't be offended with the things we picked up on, they're only incidentals to a very comfortable well positioned property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return sometime in the future. Donna - hoped you and your family enjoyed your O/S trip. Clean and comfort stay for families or friends.

Had a great stay. Was lovely and cozy and beds very comfortable, with great kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to town and beach. Perfect location! The only thing we would fault, is that the main window in the lounge was pretty dirty. As in hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. I know it’s winter and the salt from the ocean is hard to control but it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks….also there were a few cobwebs round the window on the inside so it’s been overlooked for a while. It’s a small thing, but with the cold and wet weather we spent a fair bit of time in the living room so it stood out.
