Stayed May 30, 2026Fantastic location right on the water. Loved using the complimentary kayak. Kids loved the room downstairs and the hot tub. Close enough to go to the national park daily. The scenery in the area is breathtaking. Hot Springs Village has two amazing beaches to swim. Many other amenities too like pickleball and golf. The larger room upstairs gets very warm during the day so would recommend a fan. The sliding door upstairs is tough to open as well. Umbrella on the patio wouldn’t work and that would’ve been a lifesaver in the afternoon while enjoying the view! Would stay again.

Stayed May 14, 2026We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The location on the lake was beautiful, peaceful, and very convenient to everything in the area. The home itself was clean, nicely appointed, and thoughtfully set up for guests. We also enjoyed the spa on the lower deck — a great touch for relaxing in the evenings.The main downside was the sliding glass door and screen. The screen door was broken/unusable and the slider was extremely difficult to open and close. In addition, the glass appeared cloudy/fogged, which somewhat obscured what would otherwise be a fantastic lake view.Overall, we still had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the property, especially if those maintenance issues are addressed.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025Excellent accommodation. I have stayed in many rentals on Lake De Soto due to my aging parents living there. This was hands down the best property we have stayed at. We will be back! Thank you for all the amenities and not posting a fake. Appreciate you.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025We have traveled to the village at least 1-2 times a year for the past 13 years and this was one of, if not the best place I've rented. The home came as advertised, clean, spacious, well built and maintained. The location is perfect, the kids loved being able to use the kayak and fishing off the pier was excellent, including a 24 catfish! We definitely look forward to staying here again.

Stayed Oct 6, 2025We had a great stay. Kam made everything super easy. There was a water leak on the last night we were there and Kam said there would be a contractor there that next morning. We enjoyed our stay. Three levels to spread out!
