Stayed May 25, 2026This was a 5. From the very beginning, Janine and Mike were super responsive and helpful. The house was great and well stocked all the way around. The location was perfect and very serene. We had four adults and two littles (5 & 2) and there was ample space for all. If you want wildlife- it’s there. Moose and bald eagles right there and there were signs of bear, just didn’t see one. I would definitely stay there again if we come back this way.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025The property was spacious, well furnished, well equipped, and very clean. Host was accomodating and communicated well. Our family was in town to vacation and watch our son play hockey for the Kenai River Brown Bears. Staying at this property added to our experience.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Awesome rental with all sorts of family friendly activities. Outdoor fire pit, bbq grill, lanai with seating to view the Kenai river, indoor fireplace, pool table, etc. that kept my entire family busy for our weeklong stay. To top it off, we had a hot run of Kenai reds and Homer halibuts. Couldn’t ask for more and will definitely return again.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024Our Daughter got married in Soldotna and our immediate family all stayed together in this amazing house. There was room to relax and enjoy each other, especially the access to the Kenai River. the view from the kitchen window is amazing. If you have a big group, this is a great place to be. You would actually never have to leave it!
