Amazing in ground Pool, 5 bedroom 3 bath, Short Walk to Town and Beach

This is such a wonderful property and host! Everything was stocked beyond expectation. The backyard was beautiful and peaceful, and the pool was perfect! It was walking distance to everything! Kevin was a great host! Very good communication. His property was as described and fit our family perfectly. We loved the screened porch area and the backyard pool. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Fun games in the basement entertained our kids. Great location to walk to downtown for shopping and ice cream, etc. or to the beach, park, pier. Really appreciated the king size beds!

Everything exceeded our expectations! Heated pool was wonderful as the kids were in it all the time. We will be booking again in the future. Thank you!

The house, pool, and location were all just perfect for a ladies get-a-way! Mother Nature cooperated and gave us a beautiful weather weekend so we were able to enjoy the pool and gas fire pit. The house was very well stocked with everything you could imagine and so clean (and I’m a bit fussy about cleanliness). Check in and out along with communication with Kevin, owner was a breeze. We have already booked for next year. This was one of the nicest VRBO experiences I have had and would highly recommend!

This Vrbo home was one of our absolute favorites. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and even the beach! I highly recommend the short walk to the beach for the sunsets - it’s absolutely magical.The amenities are top-notch, including a pool that was surprisingly comfortable even at 60 degrees. The lower level had a table-shuffleboard and an air hockey game that both the kids and adults had a loved playing. The house was very clean, and all the beds were comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep.The house is even well-equipped with everything we needed for a baby and a toddler.The kitchen was better than my own! We loved cooking and grilling during our stay so much that we started cooking together as a family for meals instead of going out. That made our trip special because we could sit around the table and for hours.The owner is very friendly and always responsive. He even gave us some great suggestions for places to eat, a great gym, and even warned us about construction for our drive home when we were leaving. Thank you for a memorable trip!

The house was very nice with more modern updates, had enough beds for everyone, and was quite clean. The pool was warm even on colder days while we there. Would definitely recommend to others.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was too cold for (most) of us to swim, unfortunately, but otherwise, the house was comfortable, clean, and we had a blast. Our only issue is that there is an ant problem in the kitchen. I didn't see them anywhere else, but they were in the sink, and the cupboards. Small, red ants. Other than that, everything was outstanding! We want to go back next year!
