Stayed Nov 5, 2025We rented this property to have space for our family and the wedding party for the week surrounding my daughter's wedding in Sarasota, FL. Everything worked great with this property... From check in to check out! Easy communication with the hosts and everything was exactly as described! Stayed Sep 26, 2025The floor plan was amazing. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. We had fun in the game room. We spent most of the time in the pool. The hot tub can get very hot. It felt wonderful. It had plenty of parking and nobody was ever blocked. Close to the beach and Publix. Looking forward to doing it again.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay overall. That said, a few advertised amenities were missing or not in working condition—there was no pool table, no beach toys, and the umbrella was broken. I would have brought my own items if I had known ahead of time. There were also some leftover party decorations and the home could benefit from a deeper cleaning. With those updates, this property would be excellent.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025My family took an extended weekend trip down and loved the house! The covered pool got a ton of use. It was beautiful and the hot tub was a massive win at night! We enjoyed the game room quite a bit when not swimming and overall the house was great and the hosts were amazing with their level of contact the few times we did need to reach out.

Stayed Jan 26, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at this house. There was a slight issue with the heating of the pool when we first arrived, but the host were quick to remedy the situation. The house is spacious, well-maintained and located in a great area. The host are great at communicating promptly and taking care of any issues that arrive. I would definitely stay here again and we had a wonderful time!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024The hosts were lovely and very responsive. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is very worn and could use some serious updating. Despite this, my family and I enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hosts' attentiveness.
