Welcome to one of America’s finest Beach Vacation destinations, Bradenton, Florida! Vacation in one of the most desirable neighborhoods, we have 2 properties just blocks from each other. They are great for family vacations. Village Green Parkway is located just minutes away from the blue waters and white sandy beaches of Bradenton beach, Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island area shops and local restaurants. This private, newly renovated vacation pool home is nestled in the Village Green Neighborhood. Within a short walk the Palma Sola boat basin bridge guarantees the best local fishing of all of Manatee County. This 3 Bedroom, 2 bath 1,650 sq ft home with professional landscaping and pool cage and hot tub spa sits on a 1/3 acre private lot. Our pool is perfect for a nice refreshing soak on a floaty. A short walk to Portosueno Park has great fishing, Manatee viewing, birdwatching and lovely sunsets within the historic tree sanctuary. This property is biking distance to white sand beaches, canoe and Kayaking, Horseback riding in Bradenton Beach, Emerson Preserve Geraldson community farm, Anna Maria causeway and Rose Park dock. This area is a mecca for water-sports. Newly renovated and fully furnished, this home has White Barn wood tiled floors, a fully stocked kitchen with off white cabinets with granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, and huge closet space. Two private guest rooms have a total of 2 Twin beds and one Queen. There is one Queen size sofa sleeper with an upgraded high quality memory foam matress in the main family room area of the home for extra sleeping accommodations for up to 8 adults. Base charges include 6 guests using the beds within the bedrooms. For guest capacity above 6, There is an upcharge of $50 per stay for use of the couch pull out bed. We pride ourselves in keeping our guests and neighbors happy and safe. That means taking security seriously. There are exterior security cameras placed at the front yard and backyard to secure the perimeter of the home and to ensure guests are safe and following rules around noise, capacity, and pets.

    The property location was great just minutes from AMI. The house is located in a clean quite neighborhood. The stay is different from being on the island. We liked the freedom of being able to get in our car and visit AMI and leave. Pool was great. Would stay again.

    20 of us were in town for a memorial service, so we had to rent multiple places. This was the best! It took exactly 11 mins to get the beach with traffic. The house was stocked with everything we could need, including lots of pool toys for the kids. Bonus points for the massive tv for my husband to watch the NFL draft on. Thank you for everything!

    We enjoyed the property. It has been nicely remodeled. The pool and hot tub were nice to just get away from work for a while and relax. The traffic to AMI not so great. If you plan on going there, leave early in the day.

    Better weather would have improved our stay, but the house was clean, mostly satisfactory and overall it was exactly as advertised. Kitchen and gathering area was spacious. Also it was nice to have a second fridge in the garage. The high chair and travel crib was perfect for our toddler. The negatives were minor inconveniences like tricky light switches, no entrance rug to catch sand and no vacuum to remove sand that was tracked in. We did the best we could with a broom. The need to use a terrible quality of TP for the coastal septic system was an adjustment. .. all of these were minor issues. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but the owner responded quickly to address those.
