Stayed Aug 5, 2025The house, the gardens, the stocking of the home… all superb. We enjoyed our time in the house as much as we did at the beach and dune rides. It was a lovely place for our family to share time together and relax after some wonderful vacation days. We have been renting vacation homes for more than 35 years and this is probably the best, cleanest, most convenient we have ever stayed in.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The blue star cottage was the perfect getaway for our family vacation! The house was spacious, immaculately clean, and had all the amenities to make us feel at home. We enjoyed being so close to the antique pavilion, the brewing company and downtown Saugatauck. We loved our time in Michigan, big thanks to Tim and Frank for being wonderful hosts. We highly recommend staying at Blue Star Cottage!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024We found this cute rental just outside Saugatuck. What we found as an added bonus was a close location, but also a great quiet spot when we were done for the day. Residence was clean and well organized with what we needed and beyond. Timothy was extremely responsive.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Our vacation was a trip back to where we used to live. The house truly felt like we were back home in Michigan. All of the homey touches, comfortable furnishings, big outdoor space and convenience to touristy areas and restaurants made for a perfect stay. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. The perfect spot for a quiet getaway.
