Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful and well appointed villa. Samantha was an absolutely wonderful host. Villa has outstanding and super comfortable bedding, fabulous bathrooms, well appointed kitchen. Charcoal outdoor BBQ only.. Pool is lovely and outdoor space is perfect. Villa is super fresh with wonderful scents and diffusers throughout (owner runs a perfume shop, and best smelling villa we have ever stayed in!).. Private, but only downside is that you can hear street noise as the villa is located on busy street. Also, many local farmers/neighbours with tractors. Definitely, not a perfect place to stay if you like silence/peacefulness, but otherwise a very lovely place to stay in a good location not far from Rovinj centre. Would generally give a 4 star rating, but the location and proximity to road with road noise made this a 3-3.5 star villa for us.
