We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Lake Tahoe home! The house was very spacious, and every room was comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was huge and perfect for family meals, and the living room was equally impressive with plenty of space for everyone and a big TV to enjoy together. The internet worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was a big plus. My family and I truly enjoyed every moment here, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

The place shouldn’t be rented until you take care of the smell and have a working refrigerator. There literally is a sign on the refrigerator saying it’s out of order. Front porch light out and it gets dark and hard to see the key hole to put key into door. Hall light out, vanity light 2 of 4 bulbs out. My wife had to stand over the toilet to put on her make up as those were the only working bulbs. Also the cleaner left a dirty latex glove on the living room floor. Zero extra blankets even though you have a pull out couch and place sleeps 4. Lastly we have to mention the worst pillows of all time. The place needs some attention for sure. Way too expensive to be in this condition. I can send video of the list above if anyone really cares.

Very easy to settle in once we arrived. House was beautiful and had everything we needed to ensure a great stay. No major issues and the small concern we had when we arrived was taken care of immediately even though it wasn't a big deal. Great hosts and awesome experience. Will definitely rent this home again in the future next time we are in Lake Tahoe.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The location was excellent—just 2 miles from a grocery store and lots of restaurants. We especially loved Za’s, which had a great outdoor patio right on the water and a fantastic menu. The house is also close to Kings Beach and Incline Village, which are both fun spots to explore. The house itself was a great fit for our group of 8 adults. Everyone had a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, which made the stay extra comfortable. The kitchen was a highlight—beautiful, modern appliances and a great selection of spices, coffee, and condiments left by previous guests. It was a fun space to cook and hang out in. We also enjoyed the grill area, played pool, and spent time playing cards. Some things to be aware of: The view of the lake is limited, and access to the water is more difficult than expected—it requires a steep hike down to a rocky shoreline. There’s no beach area directly accessible from the house, and the community pool is not available to guests. We had to leave the property to enjoy lake access and beach time. The house is starting to show some wear. While the furniture is still comfortable, it’s a bit worn. A few maintenance issues, like screen doors off the track, needed attention (we ended up fixing them ourselves), and we found some areas that hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. That said, it’s a spacious, well-equipped home in a great area. With a few updates and clearer listing details it would be almost perfect.

For such an expensive property there was a lot wrong with the place. The dishwasher door didnt latch, many lights were missing or out. The listing claimed the main living space to be on ground level. It was two flighta of stairs and we had my mother in law who is disabled isisdisabmobilimpaired.

The property was very comfortable for our family. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom with an ensuite. The loft area was a fun hideout for my grandson. The living and kitchen area was spacious and easy for preparing and eating our meals. The deck area was a great place to hand out, relax and eat meals. The backyard was great for my grandson to run and play. The location allowed us to drive into Tahoe City for food and fun. We would definitely rent this property again.

The house is the perfect size and in the perfect location for several couples or a large family to come together without being on top of each other. We loved having our own bedrooms and private baths. The amenities in the house are also great. We had an infant with us and having the pack in play and high chair came in handy. We cooked most of our meals there and I even enjoyed a steam shower after a day on the lake.
