This enchanting holiday home with pool and spacious grounds is about a ten-minute drive from the beautiful beaches. The ground floor on different levels consists of a main kitchen and living room with fireplace and exit to the well-tended garden with fountain. Next to the main kitchen there is an additional kitchen, which makes this property ideal for a holiday for two families. All rooms are beautifully decorated and the hallways are furnished with pictures and interesting details. In addition to the large pool and sunbathing area, there is a separate cottage with another kitchen and covered terrace. Mini football goals, basketball hoop and badminton net provide fun and games and in the traditional stone cottage, Kaun, you will find natural cooling from the summer heat. The amphitheatre of Pula, the national park on the Brijuni Islands, the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park and the historic towns of Gronjan and Motovun, where film festivals, truffle tastings, interesting wine cellars and restaurants can be found, are all about an hour's drive away.
