Stayed Nov 25, 2025House had all the amenities and space we needed, with the exception of a working pool heater. Desi was super responsive on a daily basis as we kept her informed of the heater issue. This included getting technicians there on the Thanksgiving holiday She kindly refunded the pool heater cost as the issue was not resolved during our stay. Great location for us…very close to family and friends we wanted to visit during our stay. We would stay threre again.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025The location was great for my visiting family, with enough bedrooms so that each of the 3 grandchildren got their own rooms and the two adult couples did not have to share their bathrooms with them. There were hiking trails very close by. They did not use the pool since my community has heated outdoor pools as well as an indoor lap pool.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025House is very easy to find and access in quiet neighborhood. A lot of space in house to spread out. Heated pool, plenty of covered and outside seating, used pool a lot. Communication with host was good.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024My family, to consist of siblings and spouses, we’re in Peoria AZ to celebrate a cousin’s birthday. The house was very comfortable, plenty of room for all of us to have our own bedroom, bathrooms were spacious and well stocked.. Kitchen was very nice and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and the outdoor pool. Spent most of our evenings visiting on the back patio, where there was ample room for everyone. Would definitely recommend this house. Desi was very accommodating and responded quickly to any inquiries we had.

Stayed Mar 6, 2024The house was amazing for family and friends. Very clean with plenty of room for a party of 9-10. The upstairs was used by the kids that included a pool table and video games. The adults enjoyed the wide open seating areas and of course the pool area. We will defiantly be planning another trip to this house!
